So suddenly because I disagree with your viewpoint I beocme a "boooing tit"? You're wrong to put it simply, I'm actually optimistic and try to support the team. I'm guessing from the way you put together that sentence (with the retarded grammar and spelling) that you won't understand what I'm saying though.

do you agree The crazy guy is right you know, the reason we'll never win anything is because our fans don't know enough about football. YOU SIR, ARE A GENIUS
-
Nuno Valente?
-
Will he play on crutches?
-
I would go: Given Solano Taylor Huntington Edgar Dyer Emre Butt Milner Sibi Martins subs: Pav, Parker, Luque, Pattison, O'brien
-
Fulham have got a couple of decent right backs in Volz and Rosenior...might be worth a punt.

Invicta toon, I thought you might just want to know that our "championship level" defense has the 8th best defensive record in the premier league. Funny that. There's a reason why only Charlton are interested in him. THere's a transfer window coming up and we might do well to buy someone decent rather than snap up a player just because he's on a free.

K son, for the 3rd time, we have more than 3 or 4 talented mids, and less than 4 suitable defs. First of all we have the 8th best defensive record in the league at the moment. Second of all, NO NO NO. If you had seen any premiership football you would have realised that 3 5 2 just doesn't work. IT DOESN'T WORK AND NEVER WILL (at least for newcastle) . Roeder won't be able to make it work and the players won't know how to play in the system. It's been tried before and we got thumped. It's a silly suggestion anyway because Roeder would never use it. There's a reason that other premiership clubs only have four at the back you know...it works!

HOW THE F*** DO CHELSEA GET SO LUCKY??
-
I'd go: Given Solano Ramage Taylor Babayaro Milner Butt Emre Duff Martins Sibi bench: Pav, Huntington, Rossi, Dyer (rested), Parker If Duff isn't fit, then i'd put Dyer on the right and Milner on the left.
-
I don't really care if he "looks good in training", this guy didn't score for a YEAR AND HALF. That's incredible when you consider he was playing for one of the top teams in SERBIA. There must be better options anywhere
-
Ummm....Shows how much you know. Apparently at the moment he's slow, overweight and hasn't scored in BLOODY AGES. He's been voted the worst player in Serie A this season. Also, Lennon £8mill? , Puyol £10mill?
-
Hasn't scored in so long for Inter that it's a joke

People are too critical of roeder and the club in regard to transfers. Frankly, if we hadn't brought it Martins or Sibi we would have been in the relegation spots right now. It's all very well having a good defense but if you can't score goals then you won't win matches. It would have been good to get a couple of defenders in the summer but at least the club got their top priority correct - adding to the attack.

As said he is a big headed c***! Coleman has said in the past its a problem with him. Can't we send him to hang out with Graeme Sourpuss for a couple weeks to get his attitude "proper"ized? Lock the two of them in a room, tie John to a chair and force him to watch Sourpuss grow a sweet tache for 3 weeks. Just a thought. i like it!
-
I'd go with that as well
-
I don't think Johnson would be a good buy. He does make errors and there are plenty of better right backs around. Also, I don't think he's great with big crowds and just wouldn't cut it at newcastle.
-
I think Parker-Emre would work if Parker was the defensive midfielder and Emre the attacking one
-
Fav player: Emre, Nobby or Martins
-
I think Collins John would be a very good signing. He's young, talented. played in England and doesn't mind being on the bench too much
-
I think Parker will be fit. If not, I reckon Dyer should play in CM and have Rossi or Luque as the other striker

Exactly what kind of striker is Beattie apart from crap? Why bother with him? The money would be better spent on someone like Nugent He gets a lot of stick does Beattie but I think he would do a job with Martins/Owen because of his strength and running off the ball (taking players with him). I fully expected to get some shit for saying I'd buy him but I think he'd add something to our squad, especially with Sib being a year older and less mobile next year. I think he'd fit right into the squad and the area, he's english, he's not got a bad injury record and he's still young (ish). A sound investment in my eyes. Ok, he may not be the worst signing ever but for that kind of money (£4million-ish) we could buy a far better striker. Ok, on the basis Nugent has been quoted as costing over £4m (and isn't proven in the premier league) who would you suggest? Not being arsey BTW, just think Beattie is a great bet if we could get him for that price. I see your point and Beattie wouldn't be that bad. I'd rather have someone like Collins John, Marlon King or Kevin Doyle though.
