You have to admit that "tall players that fight for the badge and run like meth addicts for 90 minutes" is a right riveting read like, the lad really brings some tight analysis to the table

Have a soft spot for @StevenSeagull and @Milanista

Can we not rename this knacker to crayons or something?
-
Interesting that it wasn't announced as undisclosed. I don't know what the rules are around announcing exact fees or not announcing them but it almost looks like we've made a conscious effort to show were not benefitting from anything underhand or over market value. 23m stinks man but hopefully we'll get some important deals done now.

Aye, good for them. Why any club, when they know Chelsea want a player of theirs, would accept the first or even the second bid, is beyond me. Chelsea are the desperate drunk bloke at the end of the night, propositioning anything in a skirt. They'll be back with an even bigger bid, no doubt. Scummy wankers.

Been ratified apparently

I mean fans being interviewed giving stunning insights like "Ah cannat believe it man, what's gannin on" and pogoing around singing "we've got our club back" are all well and good but I am hoping the fan stuff in this will be thin on the ground and the focus will be on seeing the building of the infrastructure and executive team, as well as the all the dressing room stuff.

Basically, even at 40mish, an almost zero-risk signing. Still young at 25 but loads of experience, played all his football in England, scored and assisted loads for Leicester even as their star faded over the past couple of years, level-headed lad and now at a club where the level of fitness training, coaching and tactical awareness will surely improve him 10-20%. A turbo-charged version of what we saw of him last season is the potential and that is pretty exciting.

Hope the players, especially our Harvey, don't decide to take a stroll through Kensington like. Philly is a cool city but that area of North Philly is brutal.

Seems a lovely lad. Man, I could watch this content all day long

Aye but can he do it on a baking hot Tuesday in Jeddah?

We posted something similar at the same time. I agree, he's obviously very good but for me, wouldn't even make my top 20. Then again I have a preference for artistic, truly creative players of yesteryear, rather than these video-game-fast types of the modern game.
-
I mean he's one of the best players in the world currently, I get that. I don't find him particularly likeable but whatever. Is he really that good though? I don't even think he cracks my historical top 20 personally, very subjective though.

Wonder if Liverpool and Spurs are ok with the transfer fee, need to make sure of that first, could end any deal if they're at all irritated.

Stunned, 69 is no age. Still recall him playing against the Toon in late 90 or 91 for Sheff Wed and even at the age of 36 or 37 he was brilliant and ran the game. RIP to a gentleman and brilliant footballer.
