Perfect, those two reputable sources working together will ensure we strip away all the conjecture and get to the truth of the matter. After all the last thing they will want is to get us slagging our own off and blowing things out of proportion before we know if anything has even happened.

Bristol City vs Newcastle 5:20pm Sat 20/03/10 pre-match thread - Live on Sky
Doug replied to Fenham Mag's topic in Football
Agreed, in fact any combination of either Nolan or Smith with Butt in the team together and I normally bet on the other side to get a result. -
Man City wont do anything because for all their wealth they are buying has beens, Why Vierra why Silvinhio doesnt make sense, Same policies that have done for us.

Its a good job the commentator is not the coach. Got to learn to welly it rather than play football Give me strength.

Lovely turn of phrase. Hes right mind you. There will be another lost generation of fans from the North East ensnared by this on the Telly, while we are languishing in the lower division. Fuck em! Howay Milan, I cant watch it, sooner watch Masterchef on BBC.

Shameful to include him on a list like this. Has to be a WUM tactic.

Is that a joke? No. Its an observation. I thought Kadar would be steady when he came on but we would lose something going forward with Enrique going off. I was pleasantly surprised to see Kadar overlapping at every opportunity and playing himself out of tight spots with a swagger and confidence which belied his years. Everything about his composure and performance said the first team is where I am comfortable and want to be. Not why am I here, I am still too young. It was great to see and one of the highlights of the day IMO

Kadar looks to be the sort of lad who takes being chosen for the first team as vindication of the confidence he already has in his own ability. His assured performances indicate this. It shows that it is never too early to play the right youngsters and in fact just speeds up their development into top players. If your good enough your old enough rings true in this lads case

Last time I saw him at WBA I thought he didnt even break sweat. Yesterday he played well and was really having a go getting at their full back, hustling and tackling back and putting several good crosses over with either foot when switching wings with Jonas which they did several times. Someone seems to have had a word with him regarding graft and workrate in the English game.

I was there that night - Gallowgate Scoreboard section. Milburn Stand - Gallowgate Wing Leazes End - right behind Johnny Bez's penalty, awesome night. Five of us had driven up 200 miles from the midlands and the gallowgate turnstiles were slammed shut in our faces with hundreds locked out that day. We ran round to the Leazes just in time for the shutters to go down there aswell. drove back sick to death in silence listening to the anihalation on the car radio instead. Nice to get in yesterday and see the 6 goals albeit 17years too late!

Leicester fans are celebrating wildly in the smoky bacon end!!

You should expect a few votes for Geoff Hurst. I,ll start off with one for Geoff Hurst.

Keane comes with baggage IMO. You have to ask why is it he never stays anywhere for more than a few games?
-
Great, lets buy another player who has his best days behind him on an inflated contract. While we are at it lets get rid of an up and coming precocious youngster we already have, with ten times the fitness, pace and agility straining at the leash for games to prove himself. Sounds familiar, welcome to the NUFC merry go round of never learning a thing.

The Newcastle Arms is a must for a proper pint of ale. Ask for a pint of Deuchars, after two or three of them your Arsenal mates will be singing the Blaydon Races.

but footballers don't live in the real world Well they are going to have to arent they or are all these clubs with winding up orders at the moment just a figment of our imaginations.

Anyone who thinks 15K a week for kicking a football around is not a lot of money should stop and have a look at the world around us now since the banking fiasco. Wage freezes and pay cuts are sadly the norm now here in the real world.
-
They're top because they're better than us. Don't blame referees, blame our inability to beat teams when we have them on the rack and our inability to go away and perform. correct.

That speaks volumes that does. Even the chronicle gave him a 4 or a 5. Pathetic, lazy journalism

The burning question is Can he play in midfield?
