I know. But given the situation at the moment, Nobby should be the right-back really. With Geremi absolutely wasted not being in a midfield role, the only other alternative would be Carr. A right-handed supply of Nobby, Milner and Geremi at the right of centre-mid - to Owen and Viduka - is potentially immense.

don't know what it is but i don't like the look of that team Awesome input. Either way. The defense picks itself at the moment, really. Well it should do; just that we're in pre-season at the moment. It's madness. This is the best attacking squad we've had in yonks. I'd love to see us try 4-5-1 at some point. But our players fit magically into a 4-4-2 system at the moment. And this 3-5-2 crap worries me. When has it EVER, EVER worked in England?
