Absolutely spot on Spot on about him being spot on. I concur that he was spot on about being spot on. Guthrie looked a bit overawed. He'll get better. Taylor wants to look at Colo and take his example. Calm it the fuck down. Simple clearances with all the time in the world and he lashes it like it's the last ball he's ever going to kick. Apart from making mistakes, it's going to do him an injury eventually. We were a bit lopsided, with Spidey and his amazing friend Zog overlapping and helping each other out. Meanwhile Milner was left with no support which exposed his sloth-like running. I don't think he's slow, he's just very slow with the ball at his feet. Also, never let this man take a corner again. He simply can't do it. Jonas reminds me of Ginola. He's deceptively quick, he seems to have these long strides which take him across the pitch in about three steps. He looks like he's skating rather than running. He can skin someone just dropping his shoulder. I'm aware that I'm rambling now. Zog got into some good positions, but doesn't know whether he wants to shoot or pass it, agoes further than he should and then does nothing. Duff was a waste of space.

I'm sure the club would rather have it 90% full with £30 tickets than price them reasonably and make less money having it full, unfortunately. Same thing happened when we qualified for the champions league. Empty seats all over because Shepherd got greedy.

Couple of seats empty to my right. I'll start to wear deodorant from Hull onwards.

Season Tickets due to arrive Thursday/Friday - see OP for latest

It's an interesting chocie of words compared to "We guarantee if you have purchased a season ticket it will be delivered before the first home game" isn't it. "i'm a fat, populist, spurs fan who has fuck all idea but a small number of cretins have fell for it." Still, 8 days till judgement time for a lot of people. Not disagreeing with you, but can we wait for those 8 days to pass before judging, then? Sorry, but the long term signs have been ominous for months now. Those who want the club to be run like the Evertons of this world rather than the Liverpools, may be about to have their wish. We'll see. We tried to sign Woodgate and Modric for over 20million. Aimar changed his mind. We can't exactly sign another decent forward with Owen and Martins on over 200k a week between them. Are we going to put one of them on the bench when they're both fit? We've got four wingers for two positions. We've got two decent keepers and two promising ones in reserve. Beye is good enough, Colocinni's cost 10 million, Keegan seems to rate Taylor and we're trying to get a left-back in. What more do you want them to do? -

Ah, right. Coincidence he was at Liege, to cause confusion.

Ameobi up front with Owen.

I'm a bit wary of getting anyone from the Belgian league, seeing as 'Gooch' plays for the champions. Doesn't he play with Alkmaar or someone in the Dutch league? Standard Liege Its deff Alkmaar. Has he just moved in the last week or so, because I remember seeing him in an interview saying he'd like another chance in the Premiership, as part of the pre-match build up when Liege played Liverpool. Anyway, to defeat my own argument, Gooch might turn out to be a good player eventually and Phillipe Albert wasn't too bad, was he?

Wasted your penny there. Not feeling confident?

How would you feel if we won 2-0 to fuck it up? Alan Smith misses an open goal in the 90th. I'd burn down his house.

It's a taste sensation i'm telling ya If you're feeling rather hungry There's a product you'll remember Eat it hot or cold on Sunday Or you can put it in a blender Corned Beef, Jonas and Colo love Corned beef Even Messi and Tevez love corned beef, Why don't you try corned beef haaaash.
-
I'm not knocking the lad, but go to youtube and search 'torres arsenal' and watch the first result. Like when Defoe turned Caldwell but 10 times worse.

I'd criticise Senderos, but It would only make an Arsenal fan with about three posts lay into me; because he must be class simply because Wenger picked him for a Champions League semi, and instead of getting any backing, supposed NUFC fans would gather to rim his arse.

let's see if SSR will bite Seeing as you think Wes Brown is so much better, why bother?

It's as if you've been in a coma while Souness, Roeder and Allardyce were here, or something. Lucky you. were we owned by a billionaire in those days? and what about souness bringing in owen, pretty big name in my opinion So you want to be the new Chelsea, rather than a self-sustaining entity? And what about Owen? A big name that's hardly been about to play. We could do with fewer purchases like that and more Colos, more Jonases. Spurs are in Europe. Newcastle are not even in Europe right now, let alone the Champions League. There's no big mystery as to why we're not going for the 'big' names here. We've declined and it's harder to get them in. Fair? I'd rather we made big-names than signed them.

What a prick. Reminds me of Paul Ince. He's a huffy fucker. Tries when he feels like it. I bet Ferguson falls out with him before long.

Instead of the usual mediocre players kicking lumps out of ours, we'll be treated to the sight of several frenchman diving and writhing around in agony.
