People saying "we could have been 3 or 4 down at HT", not really buying that, as all their other chances were before the goal. It's quite clear our game plan changed after the goal, and everyone knows that goals changes games, especially the first goal of a game.

They were rightly criticised for that too, if we had the same team as Man Utd and Rafa took the same approach as Mourinho I'd have been angry. As it is we have a load of championship standard crap and the approach was justified. That was my point like, that not even the second best team in the league that has outspent them (I think?) stood a chance.

People said the same about the City lad that went to Leicester, it's possible he's not at that level. Liverpool have Sturridge who is clearly a far superior striker, why would they bother? Not sure how clear that is anymore. Sturridge used to be class but haven't been impressed when I've seen him recently Well the only question is if it would be sensible to replace him with Dembele and I think the answer is a clear no. Sturridge is class, but he has proven he can't be relied upon.
