Makes me laugh watching Arbeloa for Spain, he looks so out of place. Even when he's completely free on the right (something I imagine the opposition intentionally allow) the Spain players still don't bother passing to him. When they do pass to him he passes sideways or backwards.

Pretty simple really. Asking these players to keep the ball is retarded. If it's not something you do every single week then as soon as something goes wrong then the tendency is to change. Obviously having technical players help, but even if you did it every week you'd see a big improvement. Look at Swansea, it's not as if they have players with incredible technical all the way through the team, but if you get them doing it in training everyday and in matches even when you're losing then it will become natural.

That goes for pretty much every PL footballer, though. ?
