Newcastle United vs Leicester City, Sunday 17/4/2022 @ 14:15 (SKY)

I was planning on waiting a bit longer to take my boy but when the super cheap Cambridge tickets went on sale I thought it was worth a try. I also had taken him to watch Whitley Bay 2/3 times prior to SJP so he knew roughly what to expect. -

Agree. Today is my little boy’s 4th game, he’s 6. He likes going but there are pretty long stretches of the game that he’s just bored and I’m constantly telling him not to kick chairs, climb on me, etc. He was in awe of the stadium the first time and that carried him through most of it. Now that he’s used to it though I think it’ll be a few years until he really settles in to actually watch a game. Still planning on getting him a season ticket if I can though! -
Sound like two attendees at the Partridge event with Sue Cook, who subsequently pulled out.

Can the club make a couple of announcements maybe? ‘Wor flags, not your flags.’ -
I know the lad who does all of his merchandise. He’s a normal bloke with a mortgage and kids to feed. That’s before you even get into the importance of merchandise for artists in an age when no-one pays for music (directly). He’s absolutely entitled to complain about it. He’s put the graft in.

That was a cracking night with the little lad. He was teetering and talking about leaving up until we started attacking the gallowgate from about 55 onwards then he stood behind the goal and watched the pen go in and was totally in to it for the rest of the game. I have a favour to ask, if anyone has a spare programme or one they don’t want please send me a PM? I didn’t get a chance to get him one tonight and I want it to go with his ticket. -
The Heeds are a different matter. Mint band and lush lads (nowt against the field music lads, just don’t like the music).

All of their songs sound like the Oompa Loompas from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Taking the bairn to this so hoping for a good game. -
Same reason people ‘defend’ KSA, blind loyalty.

Fine with either. Marky can’t join us unfortunately.

I have contacted forum legend Markys555 to see if he fancies it. He played in the inaugural game IIRC.

This is it like, there are surely few fanbases with less creativity.

Yep can do.

Not sure we can blame Shearer’s bar for the decline of the club.
-
I wish he’d put him in it and closed the door.

Only cycles for himself.

The audacity of us gifting them 3 points when this tit is PFM'ing them into championship.

I logged on at 10:50 when a mate asked me to get a ticket and I still went into the queuing system. Got on pretty quick though.
