He'll improve us, I don't know how anyone could come to any other conclusion. That's where we are as a club right now, lots of potential but little else. Appointments like Howe and Ashworth are about right IMO.

I'm hoping this too. My only gripes with Howe so far are selection based, he needs to start getting it right now.

His last two jobs have been successful with the FA and Brighton, that's about it.

Dubravka Trippier Schar Burn Targett Shelvey Bruno Joelinton Willock ASM Wood Fraser does nothing. Trippier and Targett can get crosses in for Wood. Joe can play anywhere in those 6 positions and Willock/ASM can be fluid as needed.
