Ok then, tell me why Torres is world class.
-
Torres is the most overrated player in the world by miles. He only gets about 10 goals a season and isn't a particularly great all round player yet he's talked about as world class. Fucking bollocks. It will be hilarious if United or Liverpool blow £25m on him. I've got no doubts he would flop big time.
-
He's going to Spurs.
-
Oh fuck right off. Do you want that other lot to win or something?
-
I wasn't suggesting him for Newcastle mate
-
Jesus christ. What the fuck have they done? Looks like some 10 year old drew a cartoon lion on MS Paint. It's got mongy looking arms. The shield is a bit rubbish as well.
-
Marko Babic is a decent one on a free
-
Sylvain Distin is the in the top 4 centre halves outside the top 4 of the premiership. In the premiership. IMO. If that makes sense. (The other 3 are King, Yobo and Campbell, what order you wanna put em in is meh) Yobo is a good player but Lescott is a lot better.

Gilbert who can't get a game in the Championship for Cardiff? Rather than Hoyte who has performed well when needed in the Prem? Are you sure? Complete bollocks. Phil Bardsley is shite as well btw. Championship player at best.

Arsenal easily.

Yeah, his dad played for our reserve team. He's a total red now though. Saw an interview with him recently where he said he even preferred Man Utd to Everton Same happened with Fowler didn't it? growing up an Everton fan then changing? Yeah. He changed because of all the stick he got about allegedly liking a line. So did his family. Steve McManaman is still a blue though and so is his kid.

They ripped it off from greek club, PAOK. It's been meticulously plotted on one of their message boards for ages. I just find them bizarre really. And yeah, the atmosphere wasn't as good as they made out. It never is. Don't get me wrong, it's pretty loud but no better than a Euro semi-final would be anywhere else in the world. They love to believe their own hype.

Another reminder of why I never want him to play for us
-
I hear Barnet are after Riquelme. He has fallen out with the management at Villareal and is available at a knockdown price
-
Reading are absolutely gash btw. I've said it before and I'll say it again- they will plummet like a stone next season ala Wigan. Duberry and John Oster ffs, they weren't good enough for the Prem ten years ago
-
Fuck off Dyer you little wanker. My nan would have scored that. (we needed Reading to drop points.)
-
It would be shit. Pretty sure Sky have had Friday night games once in a blue moon and it was just all wrong.
-
Whatever happens I hope America doesn't get it again

Simonsen is a decent keeper. He's had a great couple of seasons at Stoke. Never really got a fair crack of the whip at Everton after his dodgy transfer from Tranmere where he looked the dogs bollocks
-
But dont you think that the mere appearance of ronaldo coming on affected everton enough to make those mistakes. they didnt look like making them before he came on. All I was really aiming for in the original post was that Ferguson knew exactly when to make the substitution as much as who actually came on. I am just dreaming and hoping that one day we might be ale to say the same about our manager. No. I honestly think it was nothing to do with him. The first mistake was made before he came on and that unsettled the defence massively, they had no confidence in the keeper anymore and United also had their tails up because of it. They could have put Silvestre on the wing and we probably would have still collapsed and made those individual errors.
-
Thuram looks completely off the pace in La Liga. He'd probably have a heart attack if he played against the likes of Bolton and Watford.
-
 Complete bollocks Ronaldo had no bearing on the result whatsoever. He was largely invisible and obviously carrying a knock when he came on. Lescott got the better of him, no doubt. Man Utd's first 3 goals were due to individual mistakes by Everton players. Fact.
-
By the standards of his time, he was a good player. His work rate was phenomenal. I think he'd have struggled with the more technical demands of the Premiership though. He was more than just good, one of the best of his generation. He wasn't just about workrate either.

Your police and stewards are the worst in the country in my experience. Sad little wankers with giant chips on their shoulders that take pleasure in throwing kids out for nothing
