The first january and summer windows after the takeover when we didn't have this constraint to the same degree things happend fairly quickly as far as I can recall.

Nothing wrong with someone exploring options. If he gets an offer from someone that is better than we can/want to offer, they offer us a fee we are willing to accept and he wants to leave then good bye, good luck and thanks for the good times.
