I think the fact we appear to be interested in signing Delap as a different option upfront, probably means we'll look for someone younger but with some decent first team experience. We've been linked a fair bit with Emegha at Strasbourg and Thierno Barry at Villarreal, who both fit the mould. Someone also shared an Athletic article that interestingly highlighted both players as being comparable to Delap, and had them both as options for clubs that don't land Delap this summer.
