Isn't that the game where Nolan knocked everyone's head together and told them all to get their finger out or fuck off? While Chris Hughton was congratulating them on how well they'd played. Looked a bit of a mug, like.
-
His own DOF couldn't, to be fair.
-
Nah, we're not talking about the same game. I know we're not. But that's the most recent one I can think of.
-
Who should be playing instead of Taylor?
-
Marveaux to Cisse against Stoke.
-
LW. God I hope this is the end of Alsoran.

Should we sack him the moment he recovers from a potentially career ending injury?, dont think that's the way a "proper" club would.do.it.. Of course he isn't good enough to be a real part of our plans. But the suggestion we've done something wrong by not freezing him out just as he returns from serious injury is just ridiculous. I never advocated sacking him. There aren't any grounds to do that. Having him playing any sort of role on the pitch, even as a squad player, is pretty fucking unacceptable for a club of this size. Should've been sold years back. No he shouldn't be given a role in the first team, but there's nothing wrong with giving him a squad number until be moves on. He shouldn't be completely frozen out as the poster I replied to suggested. Are you imagining things, mate?

He's right, mind. Raylor really shouldn't be at any PL club, let alone this one.
-
You off your meds again? Your Dr did say the voices would go away if you keep taking them.
-
Probably not any longer, like.
-
Well, yeah. Fucking off a promising, if not especially suited to the PL, CB to in favour of an old wreck who hasn't played well in 2 years is pretty idiotic.
-
Remy isn't a starter for them with Sanchez there, mind. No chance.
-
Depends. If Mapou's fee was appearance related there's a chance we break even on him.
-
 Fucking Zidane. man. Great player but it's embarrassing how folk hype him.

I don't think that's a club thing, that's a manager thing. Pardew in this case just completely ignores Colo's flaws, yet highlights those of others which are not as bad. Managers have favourites, managers like Mourinho/Ferguson/Pep do, thing with them though is they win things giving them the right to do it, and the ammo to back it up. Pardew on the other hand has a string of defeats as his ammo, the idiot. It goes way further than Pardew, this insistence on maximising assets and financial resources to the team's detriment.

I think one of the reasons the club are so reluctant to spent money on matured players is the fact we bought Coloccini at 26/27 and nobody has ever offered money for him, even when he was playing well. Consequently we've just had to persevere and absolutely run him into the ground while players with potential like MYM get marginalised.
-
At this point Colo'd probably be more use to us from Argentina, tbh.
-
Our defence would only be a decent left back away from being fairly solid. As it stands it looks like Janmaat will be our only quality defender. Don't agree with that, like. Defence is all about the CB pairing and hilariously our best one is Mapou and Willo.
-
Bolton you say? What?
-
Haven't you got water to fetch, Flip? Stop polluting the forum with needless analysis of posters, man. Nobody cares.
-
Sadly we can't 'afford' Shawcross. He's streets ahead of Caulker, mind.
-
I'll never get why popular players get touted as future bosses like they automatically become competent football managers when they retire.
