Not sure it's meaningless as it basically confirms his fitness isn't quite up to playing a key role for a full season. He'll need a break here and there. I'm not concerned too much, though. I can see him really looking the part again during the first part of the season. Great player, as you say.

He was good when he was at Roma like, that injury ruined him a little He was but he looked totally the wrong type of player for our league. Now De Rossi imo is a player who be perfect but Aquilani just too lightweight and the games just seemed to pass him by. Not saying Aquilani is a bad player, its just some players are better suited to certain leagues. If Cabaye had gone to Liverpool he might have been written off too. Fortunately he went to a club that threw him in at the deep end, and he swam.

Ba He's only really been brought off in the games we've been crusing if memory serves. Not exactly true, but even still it doesn't mean much when you look at our squad size. Ba simply doesn't have the legs to last the full game.
