Nah that was because i did a dog act and posted a false team exactly one hour before the away derby... which included Alan Smith starting

Pretty much, it's the only song I can tolerate. Nah. You're just gay. Nothing wrong with being happy
  3. Didnt he turn us down? Yeh i think he did. We were a club that was only starting to recover from turmoil. We were in massive financial trouble still... i think people forget that a little.

Pards believes in karma what you give is what you get returned.. Pards believes you cant appreciate real love til youve been burned.. Pards beleives the grass is always greener on the otherside.. Pards believes you dont know what you got until you say goodbye..
  8. We were a championship side at the time. Wigan were premiership.
  9. Hart Richards Ferdinand Lescott Baines Barry Parker Young Lampard Oxland Carroll
  10. Newcastle or Juventus it says. Has he mentioned a preference for playing in England in the past?
  11. German clubs have a lot more money than French/Dutch and are probably willing to pay higher wages than we are. Sky Germany have also just signed a big TV deal for the Bundesliga rights too, so that'll be even more money trickling down. An deservedly so too, outstanding competition. When Dortmund are flying the duel at the top rivals that of Barca/Real, Juve/Milan, and the ding-dong battles in the EPL. And the top 6 supporting cast are extremely solid ie. Schalke, Stuttgart, Lever etc. Top-to-bottom, a very balanced & cuthroat league with a narrow margin for error if a club hits a period of underperformance ie. Wolfsburg winning it in 08/09, have since loitered around mid-to-low table, including a relegation near miss. I do absolutely love it. Went to a Hertha Berlin game last year to see local lad Nikita Rukavystsya play and the matchday experience was phenominal. One Litre beer with a Cheese and bacon pretzel, sitting in an 80 000 filled Olimpiastadion. It was quite the experience.
  12. Is this aimed at the article .... because i believe its relevant to this thread
  13. AGENTS insist the Curtis Good deal from Melbourne Heart to Newcastle United is still on the table, despite reports in the UK that the EPL side had gone cold on the move. Good earned praise from Magpies boss Alan Pardew who took him on a one-on-one training session before the end of the youngster's 10-day trial at Newcastle United last month. The Newcastle manager said the 19 year old defender had "pace and presence" and the club opened transfer negotiations with Melbourne Heart. On Saturday the local Northern Echo newspaper claimed Good was set to be the club's first signing of the off-season when the transfer window opened in July. But they warned that Heart were looking for up to $400,000 from United for Good. By Tuesday, Newcastle's Evening Chronicle was reporting that United had gone cold on the deal and the move was off. Today though, agents Ritchie Hinton and Zeljko Susa involved in the deal insisted negotiations were still ongoing and were unaware of Newcastle pulling out of the talks. "It's early days yet - the transfer window doesn't open until July 1," said Hinton. "There are ways to structure the deal - in payments, in sell-on clauses. "As far as we are concerned the deal is still on and Heart and Newcastle are still in negotiations." Cue the puns
  14. I wouldnt be surprised if we start trying to exploit the German market more this window. There are some quality players in that league & the league is of a very similar standard to the English league, only more technical. There are certainly some bargains to be found!
  15. Imagine... "Sports Direct Newcastle" ... Like Red Bull Salzburg .. Would be fucked up .. Think Id become a Gateshead fan.
  16. Not a bad shout Gourcuff .. just turned 25 .. Bags of ability .. Could be available on the cheap due to injury/form. Very much a "Newcastle" signing!
  17. I think both are replaceable if it happens. I have faith in our recruitment policy, that we will come out stronger.
  18. The only reason Spurs didnt sign Ba in January is because we overloaded their fax machine Lets do it again this summer
  19. Article has no substance and no new information. States the obvious reasons.

Has to be mackem slayer ... Perch will probably go to Real Madrid
  21. I think theyll be better than Mancheser United with these signings, but still a little off city. City's squad is outstanding and they are only going to strengthen. I can see them signging Cavani to compliment Tevez and Aguero, Hazard, A defensive mid to replace Barry ( PLEASE NOT TIOTE), & a world class centre half ( PLEASE NOT COLOCCINI).
  22. Only reason Carr respects Lee Ryder .. is because Lee is such a crap journalist that hes incapable of spilling who our main transfer targets are.
