Didn't realise they are 18th. Going off the table as it stands we've actually had quite a tough start, 4 Of The teams we've played are in the top 8 -
How much did they pay for him? He's from their youth academy Ah, didn't realise he was on loan. Enjoyed watching him for nice lady tear, always stood out.

Rafa doesn't do nailed on starters. He'll be rotated just like everyone else.

Article in the chron with him saying he agrees with the fans that we need more attacking players, hope to get deals done etc

Flying if we win this -
How is Clark or Hanley a black mark exactly?

Surprised to hear Rafa toeing this line. As more money pisses in to the Premiership then prices everywhere will inflate. If promotion first time is the priority I'm sure dropping a few extra million here or there is well worth it over missing out on key players. I sure know another year in the Championship will cost us more. Its how it should be. We pay what we feel a player is worth and if we can't reach agreement with the other club then we don't do a deal. So you would be happy to see out the rest of this season with the squad we have right now and chance it instead of over spending? Seems a bit mental really. Any over spending will be a fraction of what it would cost to fail at promotion first time round. He's just saying what every manager says man, calm doon. We'll sign players.

Brentford manager: Alan Judge won't join Newcastle this summer

What bollocks. Signing a player of questionable quality at top level with a broken leg isn't a gamble? Wasn't he second best player in the champ last year? It's an absolute no brainer for the price rumoured Tbh it's more the leg break and coming back from that for me. So many careers have ended due to reduction in pace or other physical side effects. It's a massive gamble for anyone. Who was the last player we signed injured to this level? Again though, for the price its really not a gamble. Unless we sign no-one else, then yeah i agree. But the signing in isolation isn't really a risk. Again though, it looks like we're still being very tight in the transfer market and actually trying to turn a profit. I wouldn't be surprised if we do by some distance. I'm worried he'll be our only option in that position due to the way we play our transfer game. Couple of big signings and now plug the holes with cheap s**** and gambles. Agree to disagree. -
