Dunno why he went with his right foot.
-
Poor by Mbiwa there.
-
Already prefer Haidara to Dummett
-
Yeah, Gouffran has been poor for a while now. Can't remember the last time I saw him beat a man.
-
He's playing better then Santon was before he got injured. Alright, if you say so. He's playing no worse than Santon, but he's still been shite. I'd have given the chance to Haidara.

I'd have Gouffran, Dummett and De Jong off. Everyone else hasn't been too bad.
-
My phone auto corrected him to Paul Dumbest
-
Jeez what was he supposed to do there, he was crowded out instantly
-
Dummett really is very average.
-
De Jong up to nowt again.

I get called Lenno by my football team mates, perfect

I'd been fairly satisfied with his performances up until the Palace game (missed the Fulham match), albeit a little concerned about his lack of shots. But apart from one nod down to a team mate against Palace, he was pretty much terrible. He held the ball too long and constantly tried to use footwork to get him out of trouble but failed as he was often out-muscled. He also he a good chance to nod the ball back across goal and didn't even bother jumping. Not one to write off players early on, but he was shite in the last game, and Ben Arfa wasn't, so all things considered, HBA deserves the start and De Jong doesn't. IMO of course. -

No way De Jong should be starting tonight, he was atrocious against Palace. -
He was class today, such a smooth player. I took a couple of mates to the game today that aren't newcastle fans and they were both full of praise for him having not seen much of him before the game. Our best player by a distance IMO.
-
He was shite in the first half and didn't look interested, but improved considerably second half. Say what you will about him, but over the course of a game he'll usually create a chance for someone. Takes a frustratingly long time to make his mind up at times, mind.
-
Just play him, please. 5 years since I've seen us play, he's the only player I really want to see.
-
They're trying too hard to force the killer ball.
-
Been abused so far
-
Doesn't sound like it's gonna take much to turn the crowd against them, tonight.
-
I dunno, Benwell Lad's trying his best to be honest
-
I'd rather we won the Palace game, thanks. It's the first time I'll have seen us play in a few years

Flawed Genius is how i'd describe him, had some ridiculous moments but also had games where he did nothing. Guti was similar, but like De La Pena i loved watching them both in full flight. Guti stayed at Madrid for years, right? De La Peña was better when he moved on iirc. Bit like Riquelme. He did but mainly because he was a youth product.... he was always a very inconsistent player capable of ridiculous moments of magic like De La Pena. Obviously there's no comparison with their career paths but in terms of how they played i found them to be similar.
