He had his hands around his throat ffs, what a stupid post Right but, how could the linesman have seen that? In real time, i.e. as the event unfolded there was very little chance that that could have been seen by anyone in authority on the field. Next time you have someone throw a punch at you see how you react, Zurab was relatively calm compared to how I would have reacted in all honesty. If you still think it was a stupid post I must apologise, guess I am just not as bright as you.....

In previous threads on this same topic I have said the same thing as this; We have been in far worse positions in previous years and we will be in much better positions in the future. Going to the match is part of my life and I will support Newcastle regardless of who the players are, who the manager is and who the owners are. Not a supafan, just a regular fan. The only reason I would stop going would be if I really couldn't find the money to pay for the ticket. I will go and continue to go for as long as I have the cash to do so.

The appeal against the automatic 3 game suspension has been heard by the FA today and as usual rejected. He will now serve a three match suspension starting on Monday night. Now I saw the incident quite clearly and thought the card was totally unwarranted - in fact the Doncaster players were more violent than he was throughout the event - plus if the linesman was supposed to have been the one who gave the referee advice on what happened god know what he thinks he saw, Khizan's back was to him practically the whole time!! Utter joke to be honest, that ref (Deadman) was so far out of his depth in the game it was beyond funny!

Not sure whether anyone has mentioned this conspiricy theory yet or not, having not read the full thread! Maybe Ashley / Llambias are using Hughton as a patsy in their attempt to hurry Moat along with his finances, a few days ago they declared that Moat had deposited £40m into Ashley's account already and Ashley wanted the balance of £40m more to complete the deal, Moat was supposed to be talking to his backers to get the money. Then all of a sudden they are engaging with Hughton with a view to make him full time official manager....... it doesn't stack up. I don't doubt for a second that they have spoken to Hughton and offered him a contract, whether they would intend to actually follow it through is another matter entirely!! I can't help but, think that everything that we hear that is supposed to come from Ashley or Llambias is just a disgusting lie or at the very least a spin of truth.

Worst celebrations have to include Robbie Keane and Rob Earnshaw. Evert time I saw Earnshaw do that machine gun thing I just wanted to strangle him to within an inch of his pitiful life!!

His final home appearance before leaving the club he threw his full kit into the Gallowgate, apart from his grey pants!

From .com "At the risk of being roundly ridiculed, we're given to understand that dialogue between the club, Seymour Pierce, Barclays Bank and Barry Moat continues No deadlines, no confirmation (and still no idea who Moat represents) but worth mentioning, if only to confirm that there seems to be less concern over the club's overdraft - which was in line to be reduced by last week"

If everything is in place for the Moat deal to complete then the only obsticle would be Ashley. It is like buying a house but, obvioulsy on a far grander scale. You get a call from the solicitor to go and sign because the money has transfered and once you have signed you can collect the keys to start moving your stuff in. Recon Barry Moat has a van full of stuff waiting to get the keys for his new office in St James'

East Stand is always a pig to get in if you leave it too late. I always aim to be there around 10min before kick off but, generally still just manage to get in as the players are coming out on the field.

That is awful. Hope that they both have a successful outcome and good prognosis!!

Yes, I think it is on at St James' Park...........

The game I am most looking forward to is the first one that we have following the departure of Ashley from our club!

Basically because there are no other bidders, this is the biggest heap of bullshit

Ashley's PR spokesman? That guy has the easiest job in history. J Brill - "Right Mike, what do you want me to say to the waiting press and Newcastle fans waiting for news?" M Ashley - "Tell 'em Fuck all" J Brill - "Done!"

Paying respect to Slobodan Milošević, the murdering cunt!

Pretty sure that Slobodan Milošević is actually dead, rather than being in hiding. Small technicality.

You need to prove your worth  Put you out of your misery, the tool to do it is in your profile. Click on that, select the avatar bit and add a web hosted link, assuming it is not too large it will appear next to your name. am permanently signed in here, excuse my ignorance but where is 'my profile'? Click on your name, then in the left of the screen you need to click on forum something or other options, then add your own picture.

We could simply sack him and find someone else.................... oh, tried that!

This is really starting to gather some pace now, I know almost everything we hear is supposition but, somewhere in there is some truth and it looks as though we are going to get some sort of a result really soon. Would love it to be tomorrow morning, the ticket sales for the game on the night would go through the roof and the atmosphere would be fuckin' amazing.

No, cos they're adults. You have to contact the box office and pay the additional amount, about £5 or £10 TO get the card updated for one game.
