Way over the top. I know Jonas divides opinion because of his style, but he worries defenders, works teams hard and causes problems in most of the games he plays. Can never understand why he gets so much grief, although I know he hasn't been playing very well recently. (Sorry off topic, I know this is the Larsson thread!)

What top-form??? The guy hasn't had a decent set of performances since he's been at the club. That's ridiculous, he's contributed a lot. I never said he would become a world-beater, but he can play better than he has been recently.

he can if he decides he doesn't have to be in touching distance of jose. Yeah, his lack of running ahead of the ball was getting annoying, but he did do it more against West Ham.

So do people generally think we should play a Carling Cup style reserve team then? I thought the FA Cup was more important than that, and there's plenty of time until the next league game. I would drop the players we have no replacement for, and any with niggles, but I would put out a fairly decent side for this TBH.

Jonas was poor against City and generally hasn't been up to his best for a few games now, but there's no doubt he's a hard worker and very useful to the team... he can regain his top form.

A LW is needed more than a RW, so is a LB. But if Larsson is available for 1.5m then he's a good signing regardless of that.

Don't have any feelings about this really, I don't care about Roy Keane or Ipswich town. I don't think he's a good manager, but that's about it.

Just don't buy anyone unless they're a bargain and/or absolutely right for the culture of the current 'group of lads'. I don't think many players of genuine quality will be available to us in this window, unless the club still have access to that magical well of bargain superstars that they got Tiote and Ben Arfa out of.

Seeing Smith and Guthrie in midfield again actually makes me feel ill. Not that we have many other options. Think Best should start though, get another couple of goals to get a run going.

Hodgson's a good manager like, not sure what has happened to him at Liverpool - guess he's lost the dressing room and everyone's confidence is shot to pieces.

Gah, I was at that fixture for 2008/2009 when the away fans got kicked out of the pub and Cacapa was fouled about 15 times in the buildup to Andy Johnson's winner. Almost every Fulham away I've been to has been a dreadful game. Can't actually remember a good one.
