  1. It’s probably worth paying 5-10m to be able to break the rules TBH.
  2. These results don’t include CL either.
  3. None of the Howe stuff in the official video.
  4. For Thick of It fans, this reminds me of when the minister says the PM is the man “for the moment” instead of “of the moment”
  5. People have this ready to post at all times man.
  6. That’s what I meant about he sounds like a CEO. I would prefer strong support of Howe in this instance but overall he sounds (from the written quotes) like he’s viewing it from the ‘right’ place for his job. I really hope the derby loss isn’t factoring too much into the conversation though.
  7. Not great quotes but I’ll watch them spoken to see what the tone was like. Sounds very much like a CEO anyway. Sounds a bit like he’s trying to tell the fans he understands the derby loss. Which IMO is unnecessary but there you go.
  8. Very Brighton, should go down well. PS, I also like.
  9. I don't know how we can know that though, unless he is given a squad that is good enough to reliably do it. Then if he fails, fair enough. I just don't think we have the players to expect the manager to boss 2 or 3 hard games in a week.
  10. Think people think that just playing badly means tactically poor. Literally every manager in the world goes through bad periods. Saying Howe is just a motivator when the guy has been round the world learning off other managers, transcribed years of notebooks to his own personal football database, prepared meticulously for every game etc is just wilfully stupid.
  11. What a ridiculous argument.
  12. Surely Howe is tactically of a very high level? You’re making him sound like he just tells people to believe in themselves and lets them get on with it I agree it would be nice to see more/different coaches mind.
  13. I’m so glad I always check usernames before I drop c-bombs on people.
  14. All I can think is that some people still think that Farage is a proper bantz guy who just loves telling it like it is, rather than a very dangerous and divisive racist/fascist politician with the potential to cause (even more) massive harm to society. Interesting that the Ipswich message doesn't actually mention what the problem was.
  15. If I knew Nick would start up front for us next season, that shirt would be all over my body right now.
  16. I couldn’t be bothered to look this up, cheers
  17. While I agree with your point, that last part is ridiculous.
  18. Allocated only to descendants of previous ST holders. Approval from both Houses of Parliament.

    England

Can’t wait to see this Henderson kid, looks promising.
  20. We can't possibly sanction the exit of 3 key players. I know the player power argument but we'll have to just explain the best we can that they are under contract and we need them to contribute to next season. That's what they all signed up for and almost nobody can say they really performed this year.
  21. Last time I'll post this, promise. But if we let 3 star players go we are fucked. Completely the wrong strategy.
  22. I mean Howe is definitely not too loyal to Murphy, we already tried to replace him with Elanga.
  23. There's no way we can sell 3 star players after selling Isak last year. What kind of policy is that?
