I literally don’t think there’s anyone in the thread clamouring for that.

I’m not sure an extra 8k is even enough for all the people who want season tickets.

England’s Dan Burn named Player of the Season 24/25
AyeDubbleYoo replied to Rich's topic in Football
Thought he was probably our worst player today, very shaky. But trust Eddie if he thinks he’s the best option. -
Was sure Leicester were going to do the job today. Even brought their keeper in. Absolutely wasters Decent week otherwise, finally bringing a Newcastle player in worked. Very annoyed with James being dropped as well. Need a low-scoring day tomorrow because I’ve only got Jesus left.

Manchester United vs Newcastle United - 16/10/22 @ 14:00 (No UK TV)
AyeDubbleYoo replied to 54's topic in Football
We can get right into these and disrupt them. Today was the blueprint, pressure them, rattle them and see what falls for us. No need to fear this game at all. -
What a man. He plays for us FFS.

Forgot how loud that abuse was when he returned with Man Utd, class clip. Omnishambles of a human being.

Let’s hope so, I want a season ticket
-
I agree until I can’t get in, I guess. Very hard one, if we can never sell any more season tickets and demand is astronomical, it’s a very difficult decision. Spurs would be a good example for me, amazing new stadium that blows people away, designed to maximise atmosphere. Great location in the heart of their community. I wouldn’t say they’ve sold their soul. Of course, the PL in general has priced a lot of people out, but that’s regardless of stadia.

Depends if moving means leaving town or just changing location. For me something like the arena site would be OK, but something out of town would not. Of course any move would be very sad on an emotional level.

Why would I want to remember that? -

They don't look into managers at all really, it's very rare for them to criticise managers explicitly. -
I’m not sure he gets straight back in TBH.

What do you expect, coaching?

Fuck me -
The one negative was that Bruce and the Sports Direct stuff was still there for the Spurs game. The Bruce sacking and the first game without SD were also great moments. Still feel we need the font changed back.

That lyric couldn't be any more perfect.

James Maddison (now playing for Tottenham Hotspur)
AyeDubbleYoo replied to The Prophet's topic in Football
Yeah, I mean formations aren't all that important these days. More about the instructions about what to do and where to go in and out of possession. Wide players that are just about getting down the wing aren't really a thing as much now anyway. -
When Wor Flags did the Jimmy Nail display, that was the ultimate moment. Just wish Bruce had been sacked on day one to make it perfect. I listen to Big River every couple of days now

Oh I watched that game as well, he didn't seem to spend much time out there. -

Absolutely inexcusable for them to have selected Bruce in the first place. Someone should lose their job for that alone. -
James Maddison (now playing for Tottenham Hotspur)
AyeDubbleYoo replied to The Prophet's topic in Football
Do we really think Maddison can play as a wide forward? Seems 100% an attacking midfielder to me. -

Pretty obvious, but encouraging all the same. -
He does alright when he can just carry the ball then give an easy pass to someone else. That’s not really premier league football though. Pointless worrying about it too much though, all these players will be upgraded at some point soon.
