From his interview he seems to think he's fairly close to the first team already.

Well now I'm excited.

Obviously he doesn't have the skillset in terms of passing, but I don't see why he couldn't just play the furthest back and provide shape so that Bruno can attack more.

Shelvey's not particularly good, but he plays a role in our team and allows Bruno to be a bit more free. I still think we could have tried Longstaff in that role, but for whatever reason we haven't. I actually think we saw Bruno's role as the deeper player, but we didn't appreciate how poor our attack would become.

I just don't think we have the players to break through good or hard-working defences when our best players are out. Our squad in general is extremely average. That and the terrible luck we've had with decisions.

Definitely, unfortunately there's a massive drop-off from our good players to our Championship players. I guess we do need to find a way to score goals when Bruno and ASM are out, but not sure exactly how that can be done

I don't think we should be worrying too much about points total, we've been unlucky not to get more. Just need to focus on getting the performances right and getting people fit.

I'd definitely take a draw like, although we are due a good performance at some point soon.

Yeah fair enough, but I assume they have to agree their kit with Denmark. They can’t just supply the team with anything.
