As good as he is we can firmly and nicely tell him that he's under contract for ages. In a year or so we can maybe see how the wage structure has changed and what can be done for him. For now I wouldn't necessarily make any changes. The whole thing is probably clickbait anyway.

Can’t get over how petty that banner was Also that probably two blokes have made us hate villa for life. -
Bruno is a geordie.
-
So how do we solve that for the first team?

If 15 years of abject pain isn't enough to give us some level-headedness and humility about success, I wouldn't know what could. -
They just have to be really good on the ball and capable of reading the game really well. It's not their job to just sit in front of the back four purely defensively, but it's an important area of the pitch to occupy and provide a bit of security - either a passing option or someone to nip in and tidy up if the ball if loose.

It’s a bit silly to hate any club because of their ownership… unless we’re all going to advocate jumping off the Premier League gravy train. -
Guess this is what vice captain is for.

Joelinton cost £40m, but I agree with the point

Tasty stuff, luckily I live within walking distance now

I think it's possible some of the totals might be lower given how many people take points off each other this season, but that might a statically illiterate thing to say

I think he looks a lot more settled and relaxed than when he first arrived. Understandably of course. He won't be running the whole club in the future either, we're building top teams in every area.

The unit is very strong but the individuals are also genuinely top class. Thays the difference between this and the Rafa defence.

I think this is the thing I’m most grateful for. Even if we were always going to become a better team and have more chance of success, it’s a remarkable achievement to have such good characters throughout the organisation - who all do their best, know their job and understand the nature of Newcastle United. Very special, brings a tear to the eye really.

Beautiful man.

ASM wouldn’t get in ahead of Miggy at the moment. Squad though.

Sure, just saying.

I think it’s mainly because he makes those very noticeable mistakes in possession sometimes. I’m sure it’s being worked on. I haven’t always wanted him in the team but I’m happy to accept that his impact on the game is more than the eyes sometimes tell you. If he can sharpen up a little bit on the ball he can be very good. Maybe some of it is to do with his lanky build and balance too, he sometimes struggles to get himself if the position to release his pass fast enough. I’m sure we’ll be trying to improve that.

I’ve started learning Brazilian Portuguese and it’s definitely pretty close. They have this thing of pronouncing every letter as if it was almost like a syllable. It’s actually a really interesting language when you get into it.

Maybe it's more bearable when we're not terrible. -

I'd agree if it wasn't for Ando. You can do that on the US sports online services like MLB, choose your audio feed and it syncs with the picture from the TV company. -
Two MOTM in a row now.

The bedding in thing was a bit silly really (in the nicest way), to me he looked class from minute one. But we went through the motions of introducing him slowly still.
