TBH I avoided him since the first couple of videos post-takeover. I didn’t really click with him, so I’m not really the best to comment. From what I can gather he comes across as weird and seems to be forcing it a bit with regards to headlines etc.

I really don't think that's it

I'm comforted that our biggest problem is working out why Lewis Hall hasn't played more minutes, and debating whether the angle from the train station to a hypothetical new stadium is too steep. Good times.

I thought when we debating locations we were debating city versus Silverlink or airport or something, not two different locations that are almost the same
-
Seems impossible that there won’t be a site in a city with such a small centre and so few prestigious areas. Surely some land could be bought either in or on the edge of the centre. The whole thing is walkable in 15-20 minutes.

Schlupp’s more a midfielder, must try harder.

Ran a betting ring Don Tonali.

Of course Chelsea can just rock up and take our manager

I don’t think they’d fill the stadium even when we’re good if we moved out of town. Having attended Reading games regularly I can tell you it’s really not worth the bother and the experience of the day is shite.

Nobody actually seems to know what the FA are doing.

Well I don’t know the details of what that actually means, but we’ll see. Doesn’t seem to be a mad rush to start building anything.

Why would those two things connect? -
It is pencilled in for other uses, aye. But I guess money may be able to change that?

Depending on where you draw the boundary I think the arena site is about 3+ times the size of SJP.

Speak for yourself.

There was no need to be at Newcastle if you were a good player at that time. Everyone was just here either because it was above their level or they wanted a move somewhere else.

He’s breaking his gardening leave if he’s making any decisions right now.

Crystal Palace store is much, much better than ours. They even have one in Bromley shopping centre. Spurs is like comparing Apple store to Home Bargains (or Sports Direct).

Everyone at school had bed sheets, posters, loads of kit, bags, stationary, all sorts of stuff.

It's genuinely depressing when you think about all the class stuff we used to sell, and what other clubs do. Compare to American sports and it's more ridiculous still.

We have a club store?

I don't know why journos just keep writing stories about us buying rejects and injured players from other PL clubs. It's a weird vibe.

I liked it, did think they made too many assumptions about where atmosphere comes from and who creates it. But it was a good chat.
