He had everything to be a decent Premiership Striker. He could be leading or line now (more likely sold if ge amounted to anything). In our champsionship year I though he looked like he had more about him than Carroll at a younger age.

I think the thing is Mourinho is probably best tactically when he is playing a side that has a system. As we havent had a system since Sir Bobby left. We are probably one of few sides at a high level in the world that has no system or game plan.

I would quite like to see Sissoko dropped for a period. He has no hunger at the moment as he knows hell play every game. There is a quality player in there but he's lost desire.

Sounds mental but to turn te club around we need someone like Pulis (not for his style of play I hate that). We used to say that about Pardew. I think Mclaren like Pardew most likely thinks this is a spell and is in fact up there with Mourinho
