Gave up after 25 years a season ticket holder when Rafa left and bought memberships last 2 seasons so still able to get to games but missing this final - a final we actually have a chance of winning - is a total shitter. Hopefully it won't be another 25 years til the next though - we're owned by people who will want us to be regulars at Wembley.

Same here. Jacked it in when Rafa left after 20 odd years as a season ticket holder. Took a leap of faith on Wednesday and got tickets for me and the bairn. Swore I'd not be back until Ashley went. Collective relief/excitement/euphoria should make it unforgettable.

Some might feel hurt, angry and disillusioned enough to turn their backs altogether, to the extent that they won't even watch on the tele. Fair enough, can't blame them. I'll be watching, but I feel pretty emotionally detached. It's difficult/impossible to get behind an institution which is actively insulting the nature of sporting competition. I'll be watching on TV. They're my club, I want them to win. I'll cheer when we score. I can't disassociate myself with NUFC altogether.

Not any more. Me, brother and the bairn cancelled in February after the shambles of the January window and it being obvious by that stage that Rafa wouldn't stay beyond the summer.

Weird feeling this morning. First home match of the season that I'm not attending due to holidays etc for 20 odd years. I'm not gonna lie, I do feel torn. There's a large part of me saying 'fuck Ashley, this is your club, your day with the bairn, don't let him take this away'. Obviously I'm not gonna go but I'm fucked off that it's had to come to this.

I cancelled after 20+ years in February after the shambolic January window and foreseeing exactly the situation we're now in. My brother who sits with me cancelled too. His first game was some time in the 60's mine in the 70's. We take my son who has been going for the last 5 years. He's also cancelled. I'm not convinced there will be 40k there v Arsenal somehow. This feels different. I hope to fuck I'm right.

Basically nobody has a clue what's going on other than those directly involved in the sale. They're all guessing.

It's more than just the club, it's the loss of the day out with the bairn, he's 17 he'll be off into adulthood before I know it, it's the loss of time with my older brother who I simply won't see as often if we're not at the match. It's been a real wrench to cancel and I've wrestled with the decision but it's the only stand we have left to make as a fanbase.

Just cancelled the direct debit and emailed the club. 21 years a season ticket holder. Brother has cancelled too - he's been a regular since the end of the 60's. The bairn won't be renewing in the summer. Thanks Mike, you fucking prick.
