Er...dunno (genuinely). What did he do? Don't you sometimes have to give it a bit of a go? I'm saying this, i don't follow Liverpool at all and can't remember any of it. I guess my (only) point was in response to your suggestion that Dalgliesh didn't have a plan for his signings. With the 2 i mentioned, i could see a plan. If it doesn't work out that's a different problem, but he i think he had a clear idea when he bought them. Henderson was bit more of a conundrum (in my eyes). Although we made him look brilliant i haven't seen him much of his supposed talent otherwise.

One of his s**** signings was Andy Carroll. How did he fit into Liverpool's carpet football plan? That was the thing. Dalglish never seemed to actually have a long-term goal he was consistently working towards. Thought it was quite obvious what he was trying to do by buying Downing and Carroll (them 2 at least). Enrique was a good buy too.

He knows what it takes to get relegated. Pards is lucky to have him. He'll play.
-
He's the kind of character we need in these kind of situations.
-
Elliot MYM Taylor Colo Jonas Tiote Jonas Cabaye Sissoko Jonas Cisse Shola and HBA to come on at the 60-70 minute mark. Marveaux for the last 2 or 3 minutes (probably with an assist).
-
He's mental if he does that. He will be in real trouble if he does this again. He's definitely going to try and 'nick a result' here, i promise. We'll be set up to not concede too many. That will be the primary objective.
-
I can imagine Pardew putting out a back 4 of MYM Taylor Colo Jonas
-
Considering Pardew's been speaking about needing experience i'd be surprised if Jonas isn't in the starting 11.

There are fat more useful players than Carroll about. Especially for that money.

What's funny about that? He's just not very bright, bless him. Nah, it's you. Yeah, if we're a bit better in front of goal, midfield create more chances, you know, that's something we need to work on.... Maybe set pieces too. Insight. -

Cant see any of them becoming regular Premier League players, all have enough to be good Championship starters though. Haven't seen Inman myself but isn't thought highly of? Also, don't you know the Streetes? How's he getting on? Inman is 22 soon i think? Think he will improve but enough to start regularly at this level? Would be surprised. My brother hasnt spoke to Remie for ages but his FB suggests he isnt as dedicated to football as he could be. Whether thats a case of boredom while injured or whatever i dont know. He needs to lay off the drink though thats for sure. On the field he seems to be fit again and playing well from what i have read on .com. I watched Streete play once and he was gash tbh Knew i must have picked a terrible day because everyone speaks highly of him. Tricky for young'uns to be dedicated imo unless they've got a good family around them. Too much temptation and not enough self control when you're that age. Hopefully he'll come good! Aye thats true, fwiw i saw him play a few stinkers as well He was hitting sunderland's student nights when he was 15 ffs silly boy!

Also, what did i miss that now Krul is fit to start? Thought he was out for the season... -
He'll lack the match sharpness to do that this time. Surely he won't play 90 mins, i reckon he'll come on with 20 or 30 mins to go.
-
Damn right it would be. That's a guy i would take a risk on.

Obvs Liverpool are total favourites for this. Just hope the Suarez thing will have knocked their confidence a bit. -
All of those could have been won by our CBs to be fair.

You mean we ARE attractive? Was that a typo? Genuine question... Yes, I meant we are. Oh good! Thought you were baiting Wullie just for the fun of it there !!
-
Probably aye, hopefully that means we've stayed up. The only reason i'd definitely keep him is if we went down! Don't think we could do much better tbh.
