They have a huge ground (do they share it?) but there's hardly anyone there. Watching that video does make you wonder about the story behind why Shola is playing there. Did he have a nice holiday in Turkey and decided to play there? I can't believe he didn't have any better offers.

In their recent appearances Sammy and Obertan have both performed better than the players they replaced. They have attacked the opposition and have created chances. They should start the next game.

Hardly surprising you couldn't concentrate given what else was going on.

http://preview.msn.com/en-gb/sport/football/ashley-will-not-bow-to-fans-pressure/ar-BB6xwWR Wait until Christmas? Ashley would have to buy Ronaldo, Messi, Bale, etc in January to stop us being relegated if he waits until after Christmas to replace Pardew.

It's like he has a death grip and won't let go. Let go Pardew. You don't need the money that much. Let someone else have a go before it's too late.

shaking with rage reading this, i'm utterly confounded that there are still people breathing fresh air who attribute things to "the player(s)" pardew sold the lad out, there's nothing else to the story Shaking with rage? I'm laughing picturing that. MYM did have a decent 4 game run alongside Williamson. He shouldn't have been dropped but he was. He also did some crazy things (like the rugby tackle) when he did play.

I don't agree that Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa should have been loaned out. Having said that, the Italian league is very different to the Premiership. A player being good in Italy doesn't mean they'll be good in the Premiership. The Italian league is played at a slower pace and is less physical. I still remember the insane rugby tackle Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa did on someone in the penalty area. He was far from blameless when it came to some of his performances. He may have got to be really good or maybe his game just isn't suited to the Premiership. I doubt we'll ever find out as if he keeps playing well for Roma they'll probably buy him.

Stoke City vs Newcastle United - 29/09/14 @ 20:00 (Sky)

http://www.nufc.com/ I seriously doubt Anita will play at right back against Stoke if Janmaat isn't fit. Anita is tiny and Stoke's team are probably the tallest on average in the league. More likely it would be Dummett at right back and Haidara at left back. -

Looking at our squad, do the people who say "There are 3 worse teams than ours" honestly think we should be aiming for 4th bottom? They seem so willing to accept shit.
-
I take it Leicester's squad is infinitely better than ours. It's the only possible way they could turn out this performance. Pardew must be looking at the Leicester squad green with envy.

Mike Ashley probably wants us to lose. I read somewhere (it might be true, it might not be) that he wasn't happy with the strength of the team Pardew put out in the last round against Gillingham. Apparently Ashley blamed our first 11 players not being rested enough as the reason why they couldn't beat Crystal Palace.
-
Well Pardew hasn't voiced his discontent at not getting a decent striker or centre half. People would dislike Pardew less if he actually said something about getting screwed over by Ashley rather than kissing his arse in the media. Why doesn't he say something? Because he wants to hang on to his job. Pardew has a death grip on the reigns and only a pay off will make him let go.

We must have been. You don't draw 2 - 2 at home to Hull without being magnificent.
