  1. Can't and will never understand the fact that we play on friday night and the match is not on TV. That's shit tbh.
  2. I hope for two in (midfielder and stiker) and think Geremi will be sold. (if he not already is)
  3. Aye I did the same The highest I came was 7 as well it was in the last 15 mins or so. But overall passing was terrible.
  4. Barton was carriying an injury, some kind of broken foot. Would you play some decent football with such an injury? (Or even without that) And he also was playing completely out of position on the left wing.
  5. Well played. Cheers Jill. A fiver so £45, that'll do nicely. surely it will.
  6. How much put you on it and how much did you win?
  7. Won't happen after he bought Routledge. Hughton is a manager who I think always will try to play every of his new signed players because they are "his" players and not Keegan's (Wise's) or Kinnear's or anything like that. He played Simpson from the first day even we had R.Taylor available, he played Harewood pretty much every game despite he played poor. Now it's the same with Williamson (ok, because Taylor is out) and also it will be with Routledge.
  8. For some reason he's played pretty deep for us, even with Nicky Butt alongside him. I don't know if that's down to instructions or he just can't be arsed to run, much like the rest of them. I think the reason for Barton playing deep last season was because the whole side stayed deep (for example against Liverpool, Man City in which he both played) and he tryed to get the balls deep in our own half. This season in the first 8 games or what it was he mostly played some kind of left wing player where he looked poor overall and wasn't so deep iirc.
  9. Why? I could imagine if we missed out on the CCC title or let alone promotion Ashley would sack Hughton. He did it with Big Sam as well (old times, I know, but still)
  10. Don't think the bit in bold is true. (Almost) every manager is getting less money than his top players, or am I that wrong here? Don't think Fergie for example earns more than Rooney does.
  11. Or he just never watched any of our games of our last 4 seasons when Owen was either poor or not on the pitch.
  12. It's not that I wanted/want Owen to do well after he left us in the summer but I think if he had played more at ManU he would have been a regular goal scorer. It was the same as he was with us - he always needed a run of a 3 or 4 games till starting to score. Of course he hardly got those runs through injury though.
  13. Can't see him retiring after that season. Going away from ManU - yes, I even thought that he might look for a new club in January tbh but maybe he wants to win some trophies this season so he will stay till the end of the season. After that I can see him going to a club where a manager works who still rates him from his previous days like Keegan (if he was ever to manage a club again, I seriously could see him coming in for Owen building a side like he once did with Man City with players like Seaman or McManamann) or someone who played with Owen and is a friend of him.
  14. Be prepared for another overhead-kick-show by the great Nicky Butt.
  15. Just like last weekend I'm gone all in again. 8€ on Us to win, 0,80 € on us to win 2-0, 2€ on Nolan to score @anytime.
  16. With this line-up I'm sure now that Nolan will score again today.
  17. experienced head...................................... this and a good lad, of course.
  18. That were me edit: trying to work out the stadium in the reflection. that's surely the CoMS? Logical sugggestion seeing as she was with Wayne Bridge. No logic would be to notice the number of ENGLAND shirts around her Was Wayne Bridge at the World Cup 2006 in Germany? If he was it could be the Commerzbank Arena in Frankfurt. England played there vs. Paraguay iirc.
  19. How should they be optimistic? They lost their last 3 matches in a row and we haven't lost for 13 games since October.
  20. Or their team spirit will be affected by the whole Terry affair...
  21. Put 8€ on us to win @2,50. Returns 20€. Will probably put some bets on goalscorers and result as soon as team-news are available.
  22. Hughton won't drop Nolan yet imo. But I think if he plays for another 3 or 4 games like he's done recently he will be dropped.
