plan b marlon harewood Or - as we are always good for some crazy moves in the transfer window - we will resign Viduka on a free on the last day of the window on a deal to the end of the season which will earn him a place in the socceroos squad for the world cup and will get us promotion

Put 4€ on Milan, Dortmund or draw, Blackburn or draw, Augsburg or draw. Returns about 14€.

Early days yet but he is giving every indication he can more than cut it in this league. Hope he keeps it up, LA Galaxy wouldn't consider a permanent move, would they? After his spell at Bayern Munich they could have bought him on a permanent base but the asking price was too high accoriding to Uli Hoeneß.
-
Given is probably the reason why Ryan Taylor is considered to be a good free-kick taker.
-
Put 8€ on Man City now. Returns 21€.
-
Fergie is playing/treating him like he would be a under 18 player.
-
Probably they will get relegated in the next few years. Really can see it happening tbh.
-
Edit: Also now put 3€ on Leverkusen, Hamburg, Gladbach or draw, Bremen or draw and BSC Berlin or draw. returns 14€
-
Put 4€ on a draw in the Stoke - Liverpool match, returns 10.
-
Barnsley or draw, Blackpool or draw, Bristol City or draw, Cardiff or draw, Palace or draw, ManU, Chelsea, Spurs, Man City or draw, Wigan or draw 2,50€ returns 34,12€ Edit: Also 5€ on Kaiserslautern to win (2.Bundesliga) returns 10,50€

The bit in bold sums up my opinion as well. Was there only once sadly, but it was one of the best days of my life. It was last season vs. Bolton at home, last home game with Keegan in charge and despite not such a great performence it was absolutely fantastic. Really looking forward to going to SJP this year again. That game i loved aswell. It really annoys me that we no longer have Keegan. We were definitley going places... Yeah. What a great time it was

The photo below shows why we cant expand: http://img37.imageshack.us/img37/1169/gfhghghb.jpg It's probably a good thing that we can't expand. It's better to get a sell out crowd (in the PL at least) every home game than having maybe 60.000 people there but 10.000 empty seats or something like that. I also have to say that I absolutely love the look of the stadium as it is now. Only SJP looks like that (with the different sized stands) and becomes even more special because of that imo.

Sad news really. RIP

This only without selling Smith. Think he really does well in his position and is a natural leader. Can't believe how many here would like to sell Nolan. He's probably been our player of the season so far and has played in the Premier League for years so I don't see a problem with him. I also think we can't sell so many players like some on here would like to do as we will never ever buy that many players under Ashley. There will only be very small changes imo. Because apart from his goals he offers very little to the team. Yeah, yeah it sounds ridiculous but it's very true. He's playing the position where it's important he can be actively involved in the middle and look to be the one player to pass and dictate play. He seems a sound guy but apart from his ability (in this division) to take goalscoring positions and convert chances he really does have a negative output on the team, which I have no doubt will stick out embarrasingly for him/us next season - just like it did the back end of lasts season. I still believe he offers enough to be kept at least as a squad member. Maybe not as an automatic starter what he is very much at the moment.

Got the 3-0 and Lovenkrands right here. Didn't put much on Guthrie and Nolan anyway.
-
Should have put more money on that. Only put 1,50€ on this bet. returns just over 9. But better than losing anyway.
-
Us to win 3-0 Lövenkrands to score first. Guthrie to score anytime. And Nolan to score anytime.
-
Harsh on Guthrie to be left out imo.
-
Returns about 14€. Not bad considering that 2 games of that (Cardiff and Portsmouth) were wrong 10 mins before the end.
-
Put 3 € on more than 2,5 goals in the Birmingham match. (returns 6) 1 on Birmingham winning 2:1 (returns 8) And 3 on Birmingham or draw, Bristol or draw, Sheffield or draw, Derby or draw and Portsmouth or draw.

He was nicknamed Mandela by some of the players, as he was like a father to some of them so I'd imagine so. When I hear those things about Geremi I always think that he's a good bloke who does really get on well with all the other players. Probably would be good to keep him and put him into the staff next season. But I think he might not want that as he wants to go on as a player.
