  1. Ashley really has a head in the sand approach regarding his transfer policy. While both Mitro and Perez realised big profits eventually, they were wiped out by relegation. ssshhhhhhhhhhhhh
  2. Or Perez fucking hell our forwards that season he signed: cisse, perez, riviere, armstrong
  3. 20 years old, barely scored any goals, good job we learned the lesson from Mitro
  4. oddly i think almiron will do well under bruce, a few of our attackers might well flourish more than they did under rafa as he won't be expecting them to be as disciplined defensively it will inevitably lead to us getting some absolute fucking shoeings mind. Perez was the Premier League top scorer from January. And Rondon the 4th highest contributive striker outside the Big 6. Only 4 teams scored more than us since Almiron arrived. We went on a 5 game run when Almiron signed of having the most shots in the Premier League for that period even more than Man City. We were flying attackingly in 3-4-2-1 when Mike finally let Rafa Benitez have money for a quality attacking player i'm aware of this but was responding to the point from tron about almiron not scoring, i felt that as well as we played when he came in the positions he was expected to take didn't necessarily suit him in an attacking sense (scoring) and that might alter without rafa's structure i mean if you're under the impression i'm criticising rafa as you appear to be you're barking up the wrong tree, but i suspect our new front 3 (if we get another attacker) might do well in the way Ba/Cisse/HBA did during that period
  5. fucking plays itself surely? -----------------Schar----Lascelles----Lejeune Yedlin/replacement-----Hayden---Longstaff-----Ritchie/replacement ----Maxim/whoever-----Joel--------Almiron if he doesn't play that starting this weekend he's a fool and deserves what comes his way

  7. hayden replacement, piece of piss this for ashley....hoover up cast offs from the big boys and flip them for profit amazing no one else has thought of it really
  8. like the sentiment that he can be a total shitbag to clubs throughout his career as long as it's not us as if there's no link
  9. happy enough to ignore his total shithousery to sheff wed then? and his previous record for fucking clubs over to further his own ambition nice guy steve I personally pay no attention to things like that, clubs are quick to fire managers when things are looking slightly dodgy while obviously managers will jump to what they perceive as a better job at the first given opportunity theres no moral high ground Yeah this is a bit of a poor excuse for a dig and it's all very much faux twitter/daily mail outrage. Be pissy about his comments about the US post Sunderland matches but lets not get delicate about stuff that doesn't affect us. Its just football nowadays and we're hardly innocent ourselves, Perez got shit loads of abuse on here and from the stands until he turned hero. you two do whatever the fuck you like but if it looks like a shithouse and smells like a shithouse then it's probably a shithouse lads
  10. don't hate shelvey like, he's just not good enough for us stick him in man city's midfield or maybe liverpool with all the pace and movement around him and he'd look like a 100m player, neither of those sides would touch him due to his workrate however, but he'd sit and pick passes all day
  11. we've got one now in longstaff, that's exactly what he does well vs. shelvey and even ki
  12. happy enough to ignore his total shithousery to sheff wed then? and his previous record for fucking clubs over to further his own ambition nice guy steve
  13. hope so, would love to see poch get some backing
  14. i've no doubt mike ashley would love the club to finish as high as possible, he's just never going to do a single thing to make that happen himself so it'll have to be by accident
  15. Nevertheless, Ashley won't want to make him look stupid so early in his term as manager. It does suggest that we aren't actively looking to sell Longstaff yet, although obviously if a big enough offer comes in, any player is for sale. he'll probably look at maguire going for £80m or whatever and think it'll be a piece of piss for longstaff to be as good as he was last season for the whole of this one
  16. the fact he's having to outline "he's not a bagman" suggests he's very much a bagman and is painfully aware of the accusations
  17. I agree. If we can get £30m for Perez, we can get £50m for a young, English, genuinely talented player. Sounds wrong, but we've just dropped £40 mil on someone who is hardly a guaranteed thing. that's a good point actually, they're not far off the same age so why would we accept less when you consider the english tax
  18. Get fucked you mackem shithead didn't name joelinton "Mike came in and surveyed the merchandise"
  19. Does Cauliflower Head play hoofball? aye not convinced of this, he's no pulis...more like a hughes with no discernible style or qualities if you ask me
  20. Aye. Local rags going on like this is all Steve Pissing Bruce's work and he's 'authorising' these buys. GET TO FUCK. it won't go down like mclaren, bruce is inheriting a good group of players with a system that doesn't need any work...the only thing bruce has in his locker is an organised team, if joelinton and whoever else can come in and hit the ground running with almiron we'll be fine next season but that's the gameble isn't it, almiron has never scored in england and any offensive reinforcements will also likely never have and will be gambles of some type i find it hard to believe it'll be as bad as mcclaren though Might not go down but the model is the same even though it's been completely proven not to work. oh completely, yeah, i just think the similarity with mcclaren ends with the idea of relegation...unless the attackers we sign are absolute pony we'll stay up (sadly)

  22. he won't even find out about it Well the direction or permission came from somewhere to do this lipstick on a pig response to the criticism of the ground. i meant the council thing tbh
