  1. There’s an air of majesty around Declan Rice apparently.
  2. We need to be reminded of how awful Man Utd have it, it'll put the cost of living crisis into perspective.
  3. It would’ve been criminal if Brighton didn’t get the win. I wonder how much Man Utd need to slide before they stop getting favourable treatment.
  4. That's madness. Not a fucking chance Man U wouldn't get that at the other end.
  5. If Ronaldo saves the game for them Ten Haag may as well resign.
  6. McTominay should be off IMO, I think he did that on purpose.
  7. He’s always been very overrated.
  8. Our Bruno would’ve scored that.
  9. I fear we’re going to have an entire season of drama over whether Ronaldo starts or not, if he gets subbed or not, if go goes a couple of games without playing, if he feels the new manager has looked at him the wrong way. The season has barely started and I’m sick of hearing about the precious wanker.
  10. Unless Maddison signs a new contract he is up for grabs IMO, if a suitable bid is made.
  11. He looks like he could be someone’s mum.
  12. If we don't sign any more attacking players 10th, quarters for FA Cup, and 2nd round for league cup. I'd be happy to win the league cup but I've really never given a shit about it, it's a 3rd rate competition and I often don't know who's in the final until the day of it.
  13. His game time will probably reduce further with Sterling arriving, I think he's in strong need of a move. His Chelsea salary will be prohibitive though.
  14. I think I would've gone for him for that price. He's versatile and even if he's not a world beater he could be a good squad player for years to come.
  15. I'd rather swap Almiron for Cornet.
  16. Tbh if another significantly higher bid isn’t made then I’ll wonder what this was all about. The reported bids so far are fine as opening bids but had no chance of getting it done.
  17. Why would they be more likely to accept a bid when they have less time to find a replacement?
  18. Doesn’t this depend on whether Maddison intends to sign a new contract though? If they’re in negotiations and the signs are good then don’t sell, but if not then now is the time. Selling a player with one year left will be a bad position to be in in a year. That said, sub £50m offers don’t really push Leicester into making a hard decision IMO, even if they’ll get less than that next summer.
  19. Talk about letting people get in your head. That’s weak as piss.
  20. I was hoping it would develop into a routine. A knee for racism, a plank for the Uyghurs, a star jump for Ukraine, a dab for refugees, and a Bruce Forsyth for sex trafficking. Then a minute later, on with the football match.
  21. I would be willing to pay £60m for him if the budget allows it, I don’t think it would be overpaying in todays market. Think about how much we would ask for for ASM, and Maddison is easily a more proven player.
  22. It depends on whether they think he's going to sign a new deal really. If not then this summer is the time to sell him.
  23. Sorry lads, you have to do it forever.
  24. It’s a real possibility, but it’s just an opinion, he has no inside knowledge. If I’m Maddison then I would either see out my contract and see who comes in for me, or I move now. An extension at Leicester is the 3rd best option IMO, I would need to want to stay for non-footballing reasons.
