Loads of Pole Dancing going on.

Nice to see the press building us up nicely before our expected fall. Expect a Bubble Burst article with behind the scenes arguments by the time we have played Chelsea.

Step son was there (left with 5 mins to go!). He says that he didn't seem interested.

Hate Blackburn like.

As you have 2 home games try a seat in the East Stand on the Sir John Hall side but for the 1st go in the Gallowgate, before our after the game enter the seating area from the corner of the concourse and as you walk up the stairs you'll get the view Sky love to use of the Milburn/ SJH stands. The East Stand will give a great view, you'll see the Gallowgate and will enter the ground from the side no one usually sees into the oldest stand we have (early/ mid 70's). Try to get low numbered seats in the upper level (not very high at all).

Why are Juve wearing their away strip?

It's a great deal. Everyone win, fair play to Ashley for this. I'm on the 10 year deal but I'm happy to see the stadium fill up with those who'd love to go but have felt priced out. If they buy the odd drink/ pie in the ground Ashley will be delighted.

I didn't hear any jeering but he was very poor yday. As much as he needs game time he also needs a break.
-
He needs to start a game and keep it simple at times; his ball retention was poor at times and we had little shape when he gave away easy possession. Better opposition would have punished us.
-
He'd not be the ideal striker for Ben Arfa at No 10 but I'd hope that they could sort it out. We shouldnt forget some of the performances he put in and he's still a young lad who needs to settle down. Competition for 1 place up front with him & Ba would be great. For 15M I'd take him back in a heart beat. A real no brainer for me. We don't have a striker who can put the fear of god in defenders and that's what is needed at times. AC has that in spades. Pardew said he wanted to leave; I get the impression he was a pawn between clubs and his agent.
-
It is clear that any big enough offer for any player will result in a sale. I guess we knew that. My main question out of what he said is when will he change our formation to accommodate Ben Arfa in the No 10 position. This will change the focus of how we play and bring the wide men into play. It's a big decision and Wigan must represent his best opportunity to do this. He bigged Best up for his finishing, praise before being benched.

Pardew said Oberton would play on Saturday.
-
No point in putting Ben Arfa on the wing; he'd not stay there, the team will lose shape and he'd get subbed and frustrated. I'd give Obertan one last chance & replace him with Marveaux if he doesn't take it & whilst it would be harsh on Best I'd put Ben Arfa in for him. Pardew has to make difficult decisions & I'd say the Wigan game is the one when he asks Ben Arfa to show what he's got.

I was sitting in the Clock Stand slightly to the right of where to TV camera on the roof is. I'd sat on my hands in preparation of not jumping up when it went in.

After Shola's goal Ben Arfa collected the ball and ran back to the centre circle obviously wanted to go for the winner. The rest of the Ncle players were still celebrating the goal. Defoe decided to grab the ball off Ben Arfa and there was a bit of hand bags. The ref had to speak to both of them.
-
Didn't celebrate his goal against Everton either. We're f***ed. He was pissed off with Defoe, but he was the only outfield player who didn't join in with Shola. He came across as though he wasn't part of the group. We had a grandstand finish and he couldn't get down the tunnel quick enough. Nowt like Everton at all. Whatever it is, it needs sorting.
-
Just got back. He didn't join in the goal celebrations , didn't clap at the end of the game or speak with any of the players and ran off down the tunnel. Very worrying and disappointing.
-
When is he due back at the club? Can't see him starting on Sunday but he has to come on regardless. Would be completely stupid to look after him so well whilst he was injured and then balls it up once he's fit.
-
Where there's a fan there'll always be an arsehole.
-
Wonder how long a few days is? If he is to have any chance of starting against Spuds he'll need to get involved in preparation. Hope his relative is ok, also hope he's back by Monday at the latest. Have to assume he's not training properly while he's away.
-
Reserves won 3-0 without him. He may have to settle for a place on the bench for their next game.
-
Pardew has 2 weeks to get the team ready for Spuds. IMO this should be used to get Santon in the defensive unit and see in training how HBA would fit in. Marveaux needs to stake his claim as well. Oberton's pace causes teams problems but his end product ain't great. Two important weeks.

Ask Lpool fans how many titles Man U have won since they last won one. No doubting they are World Famous but I can't think of another World Famous club that has been less successful domestically. Most of the fans have an arrogance that beggers belief. We get pelters for perceived expectations; they've not won the league for over 20 years. Wtf.
-
Hope Pardew managed him well today. It wasn't a game we could throw him on in; he'll be frustrated and it will be interesting to see if anything is said. Regardless of the score come the last 20 mins against Spurs he'll should come on.
