Personally I am not looking at the other teams fixtures. Apart from my natural pessimism has everyone else winning all of their remaining fixtures, the end of the season always throws up some results that are totally unexpected so any predictions will go out of the window. All that matters to me is NUFC pulling some wins from somewhere because as it stands, if we dont, it matters not a jot what the rest do. I am voting for 8 on the Relegationometer

no it wasn't I wondered whether Shearer saw it as a game more suited for Jonas to play as an impact substitute. Somewhere in Shearer's head, he may have been worried about Jonas getting lumps getting kicked out of him to the point where he would contribute nothing to the game. Jonas would easily have been targeted as our main threat in midfield

So thats NUFC v Brighton in the cup guaranteed next year then
