I wasnt able to see the game today but from hearing Alvin Martin say good things about him on Talksport and reading the posts about him in the thread, I am very excited about him and his season ahead. Sounds quality.

I think he did a brilliant job for them and I can't think of any reason not to respect him. I'm certainly not going to have a go at somebody who I can't ever remember doing anything other than good. Plus a more humble man I dont think we could find. Alex Ferguson could learn a lot from Bob Paisley

Agreed. In a poor defence, he (along with Beye of course) he stood out without being paticularly good. He is going to have a his work cut out at Stoke though. Going to be a busy boy. Not sure who his partner might be there but he wont be able to do it all on his own.
