The thing is, a Manager and a Coach are completely separate jobs. A Manager needs to be able to deal with players ego's and internal problems and that is something that you cant teach in a classroom. Thats all down to individual personality and temperament. I would probably agree that the people who have the title of "Coach" require the correct badges but as far as the Manager goes, I dont think it should be a requirement.

Never fear. The top quality football being played on the park over the next 2 years wil make us all forget how bad the shirt is.....
-
Nor do Liverpool. Will cancel each other out and end up as penalties again and we all know which lucky fuckers will win then
-
I honestly dont have a clue but I think its fair to say that Ferguson and Bob Paisley are the best adverts for it not being necessary. Your either born a good manager or your not - cant be taught in a bloody classroom
-
Pure unadulterated class

Quality watching Gattuso mouth "Wanker" and "Fucking Bastard"
-
You are not alone. I hate watching the smug gets. They havent a clue how easy it is to be a Liverpool fan. And to make matters worst, they are one of the worst teams to watch. Fucking horrible
-
Good work man !

Agree 100%. blueyes.gif Agreed too. The perfect example of a team that is trained not to lose - the idea of goals win games seems to be totally lost on him. Fuck them. Was awful to watch that... gets my goat even more that they always get the breaks as well. that style of football deserves fuck all.

Ha ha ha. Aye. I spotted that straight away

aye but when it appear on the forum it adds the "****" 's

is Joe Cole the worst diver on the pitch

I was going to say.... who is ging to win.... Wimbledon in Red or Wimbledon in Blue ??
-
We have to hope so. I am convinced that we have a decent squad of players that with the odd tweak here and there, can challenge the top 6 spots.
-
will work if we manage to find, or train our current crop, the benefit of quick, one touch football and what a 1-2 is.

Is the only thing that has a slight chance of affecting him

I have felt for a while that Gradi could do a job at a top club. His philosophy on style of football are perfect for us. Worth a look at I think. Could do wonderes for our youth set up
-
Its time for a fans, military style coo an hour before the Blackburn game. Take the dressing room and pick the team. Bound to be better than what will really appear on the pitch
-
we definitely dont seem as fit as other teams. we dont half seem to labour around the pitch a lot
-
I just remembered we had one very inventive Free Kick but Dyer ballsed it up with the ball across coupled with the fact there was 5 blue and white shirts to every 1 black and white one in the box. Pity the 3 players over the ball wer the only ones that knew what was going to happen
-
Absolutely spot on... what the hell was all that about ?
-
Here Here Duberry is usually good for an own goal every other game. Shameful that these shoudl outclass us
-
shouldn't get too personal...most of our players couldn't do likewise tonight. only taylor and milner can hold their heads up high today. oh and solano too... Thought Carr did well again at left back and deserves to be devoid of criticism tonight.... and i am most certainly one of his critics. Credit where due though. he is a much better left back than right back

what on earth did roeder say to them at half time had a fantastically devasting effect on the performance

how difficult is it for a manager of a professional football team, knowing that he has 2 small strikers, to work on a pattern of play that involves playing and passing the ball into the strikers feet as much as possible. Milner did it once and he nearly scored from a nice 1-2 with Shola. Did a penny, the size of the fucking moon, not drop on Roeders head
