We probably DID get lucky with both Cabaye and HBA(the latter because he had been at loggerheads with his previous manager) but how long do you think they will remain at SJP if we either get relegated or just miss it? The average playoffs/championship is more enthralling than the average PL finish, even with the hope that a result like last year's will happen again. This is why the Champions League is, imo, preferable to the end of the PL season when it sort of just, ends.
