Dave[/member] are you still anti var after that penalty / corner non decision for us?
-
Haha ok I’m more declined to say he swore now but definitely don’t agree with the fan infighting shit. Ashley and the club are 2 different entities to live or hate.

The football section on this site now is not a very nice place any more. Any difference in views or slight disagreement with the Ashley out big bollocks twats leads to abuse and people questioning why you are a fan if you do this or think this etc. My earlier comment about him not flicking the v sign ok I didn’t realise it was a fans phone which makes it more likely, while maybe not the correct view is not really that outlandish and didn’t deserve derision off the board. People thinking it’s some kind of right of path to have to make effort in protesting in order to be taken seriously with your views or be massively active in a fan group etc is not right. And just because people attend the games doesn’t mean that they are not anti Ashley either I live 200 miles away from Newcastle Work nearly every damn hour and agree and appreciate all the hard work that is done by people to maintain and push the Ashley out view, just because I visit the games doesn’t change that view, it’s often just a chance to get together with family and I still enjoy a good performance and a win even though I hate the owners, This arguing and ridiculisation/ derision of fellow fans and showing of cock size by how many websites I’ve down voted Ashley on / protest events I’ve been to etc. Needs to stop as it makes us all look like a pack of cunts

Anyone else think he clearly didn't swear here??? And if he did it was at the journalists not the fans.. Load of nonsense Im no advocate of him think hes a cunt as much as the next man but comon

Hes absolutely shite can’t make out a word

That list makes it sound like he had a huge choice of offers but we don't know what they were actually offering him. Maybe they had clauses in the contract Ben Arfa didn't want to agree to? He was available on a 'free' transfer because he comes with 'baggage'. The offers he rejected could have Beene heavily weighted in the clubs favour to cover themselves in case e.g. Ben Arfa had a falling out with the manager. The wages offered might have been 'low'. ‘Okay’

I can kind of see that point. But I think it is a pretty personal choice and also I would imagine a selfish one for many, as it is a chance to play international football. For example, my Grandad is Polish. I’ve only been to Poland once, but I do feel a tie to the country somehow and I always cheer for them when they’re playing. Against England would be strange, mind. I absolutely adored the bloke and found his war memoirs and stories he used to tell fascinating. So I guess what I’m saying is, I’ll happily accept a call-up to the Polish national team to play alongside Lewandowski I thought the grandparents rule was just for home nations

Some quality nations there

If they have signed that then they are no better than the cunts at the top in my eyes. God what has this club become. Also now matchgoers between 16- 24 will only really know going to the match under Ashley Not exactly sure how paid employees signing a pretty meh statement about backing the team makes them cunts like. The vitriol that’s rightly aimed towards Ashley and getting behind the team can remain mutually exclusive. If there’s no heart for the team even in times of trouble then you are heartless All this get behind the team etc. For what? To come 17th and keep Ashley on the gravy train and continue just existing to finish 17th or above? 10th or 17th this season makes no difference The only thing that does and to get the club back is Ashley out Right what if there’s another scenario where we turn against the team and finish 20th and Ashley stays (like the last 2 relegations) Not really sure then what not getting behind the team achieves apart from failure which we don’t really want
