They should be beating us. How would you know, you weren’t watching. You just said. Why would you post if you weren’t? You don’t even care as you’ve told us so fucking much. You spend all day of all week bleating on about not caring or watching as in your own words anyone who does is scum, boring everyone to tears in the meantime making the same post day after day but particularly immediately after games which is a mad coincidence. Always the way to win an argument. No offence but you’re absolutely shit. Fully agree Boring Kind of person that needs to leave the forum

There is demand for the men’s game though clearly so you are just a fuckinhg moron https://www.theguardian.com/football/2019/nov/17/arsenal-tottenham-womens-super-league-wsl-match-report No idea what showing me a record crowd on an international weekend when England were playing on a different day when tickets were free is trying to prove? Do you have an answer rather than a smiley face ?

My favourite bit was when Mings felt like he couldn't celebrate a goal until the guys in the office watched it in microscopic detail 14 times. My favourite bit was when the linesman incorrectly ruled out Iheanacho's goal and then VAR overruled them and the goal was correctly rewarded with massive celebrations on the Leicester bench Spoils celebrations though apparently. Correct. Certainly looked that way with the Leicester lot. Love the sarcasm but the goal was ruled out during the game So basically the Leicester lot would have been worse Some f***ing thick people on this site But then VAR corrected it and they got to celebrate even more. The point is they wouldn’t have celebrated I don't know what you are on about tbh. You said it spolied celebrations it didnt

You need to have the facilities for it to grow. You can’t say girls should be better and not have a pitch for them to play on. Like I said, I’m not expecting us to have a team competing with the likes of Man City and Arsenal who plow millions into their female teams. There is a complete lack of interest from NUFC in general regarding the female teams. The section of the website is out of date by years, and not even the main twitter account retweets about the female team etc. I agree stifler but in all honesty I don’t really care and I doubt many of the Newcastle fans do. I don’t agree with the boosting of things to create equality especially in sport it should be driven by demand How can you say the demand isn’t there? Every other region in England at least is seeing an increase in demand for facilities and interest in the woman’s game. You can’t just say it’s not happening in the North East. The reason our clubs aren’t doing well is because the club who were good with the woman’s game have fallen from the Premier League to L1 and they can’t afford to invest in their 1st team, let alone female team. Here is an article where the person in charge of Sunderland’s team says the North East needs a woman’s academy. https://netimesmagazine.co.uk/editorial/is-the-north-east-missing-an-open-goal-when-it-comes-to-womens-football/ I didn’t say the demand isn’t there I said it needs to match demand No right minded business person would pump money into something that won’t make a return I do agree there needs to be more though But in real terms probably 1/ 1000 people would follow the women’s compared to the men’s team so can’t complain when the investment is way less?

Man City are miles above us we defended very well can’t remember many chances for them and we broke a few times Bruce is still shite but you can’t deny we played to our strengths Maximim is fantastic I think. Also dubravka. Hayden and Fernandez both good also We might stay up I reckon on the strength of some players But only time will tell

Standard of coaching/facilities won’t have changed much at that level surely? I’m in no doubt it has higher up the ages though. Either way, we are treating it just as an extra bit of training. He started Futsal 2 weeks back and was quickly moved up to an older age/advanced level group and the standard of coaching, sessions and talent among the kids is some of the best I’ve seen/experienced so it will be good to gauge what the pro level standard is like against that for example which is essentially a franchise ran by two young lads with a mix of kids girls and boys varying in ages and ability but all equally skilful. Future of our game in England may just be getting even more healthier. There’s a quote from Methven about the loan they’ve just taken “The money will be used largely to improve various things around the club. Some of it might sound very uninteresting, but we believe they're important. Fixing the speakers at the Stadium of Light, for example, or the lift at the Academy of Light is broken and needs fixing. These are quite significant payments to make, and this new investment will help that" They’re scrimping and saving all over the place and are clearly struggling with running costs. Nufc need heavy investment in their youth set up to be where it really should be but it should stable. It’s a difficult choice. If Sunderland don’t get promoted the consequences will be felt at all levels. Doesn’t read well does it, as ever when owners fuck up, it’s the genuine people who suffer like staff, coaches and kids. That’s what I hate the most about NUFC because when it comes to NUFC vs SAFC and my boy and other Geordie kids, there should never be a choice between the two. Sadly it seems even if the people behind the scenes do care so much, the club itself doesn’t give a fuck one way or another which is seen at every level of the club, none morse so than senior/first team level. Rafa could have relegated us last year and I’ll always respect and be grateful to the man for fighting for the good cause of all those people at the academy and training ground to make things bigger and better for them all, unlike the fucking owner. A club like NUFC should never ever fail off the field, but it has and will continue to do as long as Ashley is around while our local rivals prosper and our local talent go elsewhere or end up not getting the best standard of coaching, training, facilities to train and learn. That will be the biggest lasting damage not a relegation or the sale of some land or getting knocked out of a cup. Seriously, if NUFC come in for my kid, I’d tell them where to go. Not because of the coaches or poor facilities, but because the club does not give a fuck about any of that where as the likes of sunderland clearly do. I don’t want that kind of environment for my son as much as I don’t want to go and pay to watch the team under Steve Bruce surrounded by SD signs all-around while the owner and his cronies sit in their ivory towers grinning away laughing at all these mugs which is what we are or would be if we did go, if we sent our kids there or if we continued supporting this joke of a club who doesn’t even support the very people who keep it ducking going. From Rafa to joe bloggs in the canteen using a kettle to boil the players’ baths. I would say Newcastle have had much more higher quality youngsters come through so your point being it large ‘ doesn’t really make sense when talking about Sunderland Pickford and Henderson vs who at NUFC exactly? It’s not about players coming through always as well, it’s about the standard of coaching, education, training, facilities etc. kids receive and at NUFC its way lower than at SAFC and has been for some time and will continue to be until more of a fuck is given towards it.
