  1. You'd imagine he'd do very well in the Championship, but considering some of the massive wages of dead wood which may be difficult to shift, might be for the best if he does go. He's been a bright spark for us without doubt, but that's partly down to comparing with the utter dross around him. He's still quite predictable more often than not with the old cut inside and shoot.
  2. They're changing the rule for next season, that if a player is booked or sent off for a foul that causes a player to be injured, the 'injured' player doesn't have to leave the pitch. To me seems like more of an invitation for a player to over-exaggerate a foul in aid of getting a player booked and wasting time.
  3. Think Perez will start on the left and Sissoko will play through the middle again rather than what appears in that graphic.
  4. Do not know what Gini and Sissoko need to do in order to be dropped. We've got some total shite but with these two we're essentially starting with 9 players.
  5. This lot wouldn't get out of League One (the right way) let alone the Championship.
  6. Awful first touch as well. Would probably do okay if he had any sort of movement around him mind.
  7. Didn't have a chance with any of them and the saves he did make (especially the one to his left with his foot) kept us in it. Kicking was diabolical mind.
  8. So glad that on my holiday I got up at 1am to watch us. Fuck knows how I'm supposed to sleep after watching that.
  9. To be fair to some of the players if we do stay up it may mean they have to stay at the club. Fuck would I want to play with some of these clowns for another season. Can't wait for some club to be delighted with picking up Sissoko for a 'bargain fee' before realising he's an absolute charlatan.
  10. So many players who started today should have their appearance fee shoved up their arse. Given how big a game this is, the performance has been utterly pathetic.

    Adam Armstrong

Hasn't scored in five or so games, quick get him back, he's showing Newcastle form.
  12. Glad Cathro has been kept on and given a chance, albeit difficult to know if any of them have been of use this season.
  13. At last! Would probably end up our top scorer this season.

    Steve McClaren

Can anyone actually remember the last time we made an appointment they were particularly happy with? Or appointed a manager who wasn't on the way down in terms of their career rather than up before joining us?

    Steve McClaren

Remember that really good season Moyes had when his team played entertaining football? Or the other one where his team won something? No, I don't either.
  16. You need good players around him doing the running and being positionally sound. Instead we have Jack 'Coward' Colback and Gini 'Invisible Man' Wijnaldum. We've got such an unbalanced squad we've got little to no chance of staying up now.
  17. Reckon we'd appoint Moyes. We bloody love appointing managers coming off a couple of major failures.

Also Moyes may keep us up over McClown but the long term answer? Absolutely no chance.

    Steve McClaren

I just saw an article where he said Colback was exempt of blame for today? What the fuck? It was his pathetic play that gave them the ball for the first goal. Was never the right man and it's taken a season of nothing performances it to prove it to everyone.
  20. We've got the perfect balance of players who are terrified of receiving the ball when we're in possession and players who don't give a fuck when we're not. Take a bow lads. Can't wait for the game against Villa to prove which side can take being utter rancid to perfection.

    Steve McClaren

I wish I had watched a different game rather than the shower of shite I witnessed last night. But McClaren was right that it was an improved performance. But then we did concede three in the first 15 minutes against Chelsea, so it would have been nigh on impossible to have played worse.
  22. Not sure I give a fuck anymore with this to be honest. It's like having Pardew back all over again.
  23. Booooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. Football not the winner tonight.
