  1. Needs time so I gave him a watch rather than football.
  2. Kit Symons based on tonight's result.
  3. Bizarre to think this is fairly far down on the list of annoying things the club has done in recent times. There are THAT many.
  4. I'm so sure he's gone I'm already worrying which clown from the 'next manager odds' Ashley will appoint.
  5. Yeah looked good and always wanted the ball. His first booking was a crazy challenge mind, still don't know if the second was for the tackle or the reaction. Was a joke either way.

    Paul Dummett

Fair play to the kid, he obviously bloody loved scoring and always seems to give everything he's got. So unbelievably one-footed mind, ridiculous how uncomfortable he looks when the ball's coming to his right foot.
  7. Was speaking to a Palace fan at work about it today. He reckons Hennessey, Mariappa, Hangeland, Bannan, Fryers, Thomas, Guedioura, Zaha, and Gayle all likely to start. They've actually got a slightly deeper squad than you'd give them credit for.

    Leon Best

Tooj definitely nailed it. His record after us speaks for itself.

2-1 final score. Streete probably man of the match, not just for his goals. Bigi still struggled, off his feet way too much really even if he did win a few crunching challenges.

    U23s & Academy

O-Ottiwell scores one back with a left-footed strike into the bottom corner. Vuckic then wastes a good chance at the other end, heading weakly at the keeper.

    U23s & Academy

Zelalem forces Alnwick into a sharp save low to his left with a shot drilled from the edge of the area. Resulting corner well cleared by Streete who has dominated in the air tonight.

    U23s & Academy

Gilliead with an impressive run down the right, cut back to Vuckic who slides it left to Barlaser who has a good opportunity but places it just wide. At the other end ball whipped across the six yard box but Arsenal not high enough up the pitch to take advantage.

Gilliead with another dangerous cross to the far post, Roberts heads wildly over when completely unmarked.

    U23s & Academy

Ferguson inswinging corner, almost a carbon copy of the first as Streete rises highest to head in unchallenged. 2-0.

    U23s & Academy

Looping cross from Gilliead which Roberts brings down, cuts inside and shoots just wide on the bounce.

Half time sub, 16 Gilliead for 4 Williams. Arsenal go close with a deflected shot early and win a couple of corners. Their striker Hinds looks isolated.

1-0 half time. Well in control at the start, if anything dropped off after the goal. Quite an open game so far, Bigi's disappointed though, some poor decisions and wayward passes. Streete has looked composed, Barlaser lively for the first 20 but very one-footed.

Ferguson with a beautiful curling free kick pushed just round the post. Our set pieces have actually been quite inventive so far.

    U23s & Academy

Arsenal go close with a free kick from Crowley, moments earlier he was booked with Streete after a bit of pushing and shoving.

    U23s & Academy

Streete header from six yards out after an in swinging corner. 1-0. Started well so far, Vuckic looking sharp and Barlaser went really close with a dipping volley.

Going to the Under 21 game against Arsenal tonight at Boreham Wood. Still haven't seen the squad details for it mind, it's not on .co.uk or .com
  22. Stop being critical of a player consisting letting us down badly as a captain and a footballer. Aye, right. Name a player who's played more than half a dozen games who hasn't let us down badly during this ridiculous run.
  23. To be fair he said get behind the players, didn't say anything about getting behind the management. And we should be getting behind the players really. I know we were crap on Saturday, but when we sang "we're shit and we know we are" at the weekend you can see it hurt the players.
  24. Someone just suggested to me that "surely Pulis is likely if Pardew goes?" As much as I hate Pardew, my immediate reaction was "ugh". Imagine Pulis stands up for himself a bit too much for Ashley though.
