I think you have to leave out the £ sign.
-
My careless use of words, I apologise! Well spotted.
-
Yes, but not this foreign takeover!! If our takeover happens it would go a very long way towards filling any financial shortfalls when these six clubs are banned and removed for good. The Premier League will know this
-
Crikey, what a "weird" thing to say !!
-
You give that organisation far more credit than they, as a collection of not very intelligent and not very talented people, actually deserve. I think you will (still though) enjoy the eventual outcome of this - as we all will.
-
Quite right, they haven't, and they won't . . . until they DO. They WILL back down though, or lose Arbitration (they won't want that) or lose the Legal Case (they won't want that - though it is very unlikely to even reach that stage) I have no legal knowledge and I am not an "ITK" but I do know a number of very serious legal people who do (including one who knows De-Marco) and they all say the EPL have no grounds under their O D T rules to do what they have done and so there must be some (totally "invalid") outside reason or reasons, some 'outside force', causing them to behave the way they have. The EPL are, as a result of that alone, on a guaranteed legal loser !! It is just a matter of (bloody awful) "time" before the EPL back down or lose. De-Marco (I'm told) is really looking forward to whatever happens, as it is seen as a win / win / win for us. So . . . us supporters just have to W A I T (!)

Yes.
-
It should be interpreted as what it actually is, instead of the opposite of what it actually is. It "should" be, but that might not sell enough papers and/or 'clicks', I suppose!
-
That is absolutely incorrect, I have already responded on the other Takeover Thread about this . . .
-
There have been rumours that the Staveley/PIF/Reubens Takeover Consortium may have a stake in Castore in the form of one of the three members, the Reubens. Last time I heard, it was just a rumour about the Reubens, it may have been confirmed (or denied) by now though.

I'll wash my feet first . . promise! Hope you've had 'the jab' though GDM.
-
Sorry, meant to reply straight away. But instead I just thought I would make you . . . . . . . . W A I T !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What has happened to the "List of Links to other Clubs Fans Forums" or whatever it was called?
-
Yes indeed, I often think about what it will be like. Serious enthusiasm, interest and ambition back again, shown by the club, shown by the supporters, and shown very frequently in all forms and parts of the Media. All we have to do is wait, and THIS will all be ours. Enjoy.
-
They don't know this, they just write as if they do. Nobody knows "when", all we know is that it "will happen". That the logic of it, anyway!
-
arnonel, you wrote . . . "This forum is starting to become as grim as Ashley reign. Every single thing about the club is dead. Even when someone brings the slightest bit of hope, the forum kicks into keyboard warrior gear. Actually very impressive how thoroughly negative it is" NO . . . This forum is NOT all "grim" about our club, see the post 'quoted' above. Far from it.

Having an NUST presence on the board, even when we get our great new (Staveley/PIF/Reubens) owners, is a great idea. It takes the club to an even 'higher level' than it even will be after the Takeover. I wouldn't hitherto have thought that possible!! After the Takeover we will not "need" fan involvement in the club, on the board, but (if this works) we WILL have it, and it will just feel great. It is a superb idea and plan, and I'm sure our new owners would like to come out right now to say they support this, but things are (as we all know) at a 'legally delicate' stage at the moment . . . The news just keeps on getting better, hopefully there will not be too much of a negative response to this from some quarters?
-
I am sure he was most definitely not referring to our late equaliser . . though he was using it as a (sort of) 'cover', if questioned.
-
Excellent summary.
-
If you look at what I say, I am mostly just stating facts, many of which get happily ignored (and replaced with unsubstantiated and oft-repeated 'opinions') by the permanently downbeat amongst us. Facts are facts. Occasionally I will refer to the future (eg "when our new owners are finally approved" etc) which I do not need to say 'are not facts', because (obviously) I am talking about things that have not happened yet.

You are incorrect.
