906 Knew the number off by heart.. interesting! -
Everton apparently came back for pre season training much earlier than usual and much earlier than anyone else. They also only went as far as Scotland for pre-season matches, to minimalise travelling apparently.

Hearts are going for it! Lovely little sequence then.

I love the fact that Pardew is there watching the Adam Campbell show.

Imagine people saying that 2 years ago. I know, its crazy to think that we're in this position so soon. It still hasn't sunk in that we're in Europe! -

Newcastle to finish above Spurs this season, sweet -
This time last year Gosling looked ridiculously bulked up compared to when he first joined. Having that year out obviously led to him just living in the gym.

Unless Der Wiel changes his position to some vague attacking midfielder that can sort of play on both sides and has an alright shot on him I just don't see this happening. It's not the Arsenal way.

GOALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!

He deserved to be treated better by the board here. Like Cajun said, Chris had a lot of class and got the club back on track. There were question marks over how influenced he was by some senior players at the club, but he was responsible for bringing the players together in that Ireland training camp after relegation.

Not crying yet then?

i can worry about a couple of things at once, this is one of them. ta So you are not worried about Argentina's stance over the Falkland Islands and another possible invasion of the islands, which we cannot allow, the way Syria is bombing and killing its own people in order to prop up a despotic dictatorship, Iran developing nuclear weapons which could very well lead to a nuclear holocaust in the middle east, as Israel are sabre rattling as I write this. Our soldiers being killed or maimed by the Taliban in Afghanistan, then there are the austerity measures imposed by the current government, the state of the Euro, and in particular Greece ( dont overlook the fact that if you plan on going to Greece for your hols this summer, you wont be able to use a credit card to pay for meals etc. Its cash only!). If none of this causes you the slightest moment of concern all I can say is you live a very insular life or you have found a very comfortable hole in the sand! With that logic you should never worry or be annoyed if Newcastle lose a game or sell one of their better players or don't make crucial signings as it's not really that important in the grand scheme of things. Plus CP40 didn't state that he didn't care about world issues... he stated that he could care/worry about multiple matters.

that was the no public sale, not small allocations? fair enough if its on tv, but 3pm saturday's would generally be fine Hmmm, maybe. This question was answered when the 'board' did that Q&A thing back in September I think it was. Not that their answers really mean much, but might give an insight. Have a look.
