  1. Sent mate Edit: joined and picked too
  2. For my birthday today I want a home tie against lower league opposition, pkease and thank you
  3. The biggest loss we could have had, its a real blow to lose our linchpin, let's hope we can finally find a way to win without him or its going to be a very long 10 weeks.
  4. In light of not wanting to start another forum fight between believers and none believers again, it's rather telling that we are underperforming also when you consider the chances we've spawned.
  5. So ambivalent about this game I think i would have been annoyed no matter which side scored and probably just as annoyed if it ended in a draw
  6. Some kind of draw, sendings off and some injuries for both is probably the best outcome

    Jacob Ramsey

Him and Willock deserve to take that starting spot ahead of a misfiring Tonali, make him fight to win his place back.

Its pretty simple that 3mm of forehead is not an unfair advantage and if it takes a machine to micro-measure body parts then its unequivocally ridiculous to chalk it off.
  9. Old man Wilson rolling back the years
  10. Fantastic in parts, the old nerves came out in others, but we didn't collapse, we drove on and fought for the win. Not a performance of the ages, but green shoots of change. What is clear is that the players are still fully behind Howe and they showed it tonight.
  11. Same old story, we're crying out for changes
  12. Desperate to chalk off the first goal and you could really hear the disappointment in their voices when we got the goal, literally the worst coverage of a goal I've ever heard. Brilliant
  13. If we absolutely have to play Trippier due to options then I hope we go with a back 5 and have Thiaw on his side to mop up when his legs inevitably go, better still drop Murphy in that RWB role and play on the counter.
  14. This is the big one, he came when all hope looked lost and he fought tooth and nail to keep us in the league and elevate us to the CL in his first full season, the absolute bare minimum we can do is return the favour when he needs us most.
  15. I think its natural to catastrophise given the circumstances, even if hope lingers, I'd imagine the Spurs forums are in an equal death spiral. The stoppable force vs the moveable object, somethings got to give tonight.
  16. It's the 4 away games in 14 days, such a quick turnaround coupled with all that travel, not least of which is to the backend of nowhere 3 million miles away, thats brutal for any team, no matter one in our predicament and it's obviously going to take it's toll on all involved.
  17. Its not so much about squad size or Eddie's aleged inability to navigate a 2 game a week season but more pertinently about the haves and the have nots. The PSR rules are there to protect the few so when a club such as ours does enjoy some success it is ensured that it is short lived. We don't have the means that the usual 6 do, to have little to no drop off in quality when we have to rotate or deal with injuries, its just another pathway to protect the PL true masters, the red tops.
  18. I still don't have any confidence we're ready to turn a corner but I'd like to think that the Brentford game was a nadir for us and the players wholeheartedly felt Howe's presser and tomight is a rallying call, I'd love for us to come out all guns blazing, to hell with form and confidence, a real fighting spirit and a performance to end all doubt. This is a winable fixture and I want to see us really go for the jugular, prove all the naysayers wrong and use it as a springboard for the run in to the end of the season.
