Anderson needs to come on sooner rather than later and I'd tend to agree on switching flanks with our wide players.

8/10 we've made some quality additions, Isak is a very exciting prospect and the additions at the back will see us solid to beat. Shame we couldn't bring any more attacking talent in. However, when all fit our starting 11 will give every team a hell of a game.

He was absolutely immense yesterday, no fear and really dangerous and to say he's not even up to speed with the squad yet nor played with the likes of ASM and Bruno I'm really excited for when everyone is fit, think he's going to tear it up this season.

Still raging about the dodgy offside call and the ridiculous decision to keep playing until Liverpool scored. Watched it with a Liverpool supporter and he felt bad watching it, should have been a draw, we didn't deserve to lose that and they didn't deserve to win.

Bruno should be back for this but maybe a little too soon for ASM, Isak starting we need to take an early lead before we start trailing off. Going to be a tough one but think we'll nick this.

I was just going to ask where people saw him play, leading the line, just behind in Wilocks position or in from the right? Rumours I've seen is that he starts tomorrow, not sure on how true that is with Howe's track record of bleeding players into the side. I can see him playing off Wood.

He's smashed into a few of our players several times in the space of a few short minutes, ref gives a free kick every time but surely should have already had a yellow for the amount of fouls he's committed.

They've just been kicking chunks out of us all half and it took a double footed leg breaker before he put his hand in his pocket. This ref is pathetic.

Looking at the line ups I would think Fulhams only mission this year is to stay in the PL and can't really blame them for wanting to break the yo-yo club pattern.

If he was replaced he should absolutely stay he'd still be our best option from the bench, there's plenty of players that need to go before him.

Conjecture is opinion in the absence of fact, the fact is the official bid is the same as the verbal bid released by Romano yesterday, Howe spoke about a player that doesn't belong to him, Romano has 100% record for these things. It's an intelligent judgement, only you don't need that much intelligence to put this 4 piece puzzle together, I'm not sure what you're struggling with.

Romano has a 100% record, he deserves to be believed until he can't be. Romano clearly has the inside scope that the £30m including add-ons was verbally agreed and today we've put that in writing to get the ball rolling. Howe has to be diplomatic about it, he wouldn't say anything until it was signed, sealed and delivered. As for Edwards, he was wrong, he didn't know about the verbal agreement and gets to hide behind the fact it wasn't official. But it's a done deal and it was a done deal yesterday.

His decision making set him apart today, always been under question but got pretty much every decision to pass or dribble spot on and some great vision also. I hope this is it now and not just a good game in a forest of poor ones.

We took City to the wire and were the best team for a good 45 minutes, feels mental to be disappointed to not have won though. St James' is a fortress once more.

We can't really compare ourselves with other clubs until the foundation of other club is present in ours. We're getting there, but first and foremost we have to bridge the gap between an Ashley club and a normal club.

I'd love CHO, he's fast, direct and really strong on the ball, has some good levels of passing to him also, still quite a raw talent but think Howe could really develop him here. Wouldn't want to loan without an option to buy though. He's played both wings for Chelsea so an option for left also when ASM takes his winter break.
