I feel sad every time I remember he´s a Chelsea player Going to be class. He'll leave if he's not being played regularly. Sure I've read somewhere that he wants to stay at West Brom for another year because he doesn't want to sit on Chelsea's bench. Good for him, tbh, sick decent young players choosing to go to big clubs for the money rather than play regularly at a lesser side to develop their talent.
