Who do you think will be relegated this season?

my bet on sunderland for the drop at 5 to 1 yesterday looks a bit more likely with us getting in shearer im thinking! -
perhaps press manager would be appropriate? Newcastle manager Joe Kinnear has indicated that he would be prepared to accept a role away from the touchline at St James' Park. The Magpies boss is currently recovering from heart surgery and is due to meet doctors in the second week of April to determine whether he is fit to return to work. Kinnear has pencilled in the crunch trip to Premier League relegation rivals Stoke on 11th April as a date for his comeback, but managing director Derek Llambias recently announced that no risks would be taken. And Kinnear has now hinted that, with assistant Chris Hughton in caretaker charge, he would be prepared to accept a move upstairs in order to ensure his input into the Magpies' battle against the drop. He told the Newcastle Chronicle: "I'm just desperate to be back and do what I can for Newcastle. Quality "I still think we have enough quality players to see us through this. "Obviously I look forward to next season, and I want to say that what's happening now will never happen again. "Whatever happens, I will have an input. It's as simple as that. "If I can't do certain things, I will be speaking to staff and players at the club and working at the training ground during the week. "I'll still have a major say to the players too. We'll work it that way."

Newcastle youngster LuaLua, the younger brother of former Magpies forward Lomana, has moved to the Keepmoat Stadium on a one-month loan deal. The teenage striker, who has made four appearances for Newcastle this season, has been brought in as a direct replacement for Jason Price, who has joined Millwall. look forward to seeing smith and butt for the rest of the season then!

Nigerian International Team <-- more overrated than England.
ChrisJbarnes replied to Stu's topic in Football
your all a bunch of racists -
the thing is though, players like jonas and martins woulld look a lot better in teams where they have good players around them. put martins and jonas in the arsenal teams and theyd look a lot better. agree though, our only good players which would look good in any better team really are bassong, martins, owen, harper, jonas barton and maybe guthrie at a stretch

fucks sake weve had so many injuries- even the manager is injured!

where are mourinho ferguson and wenger on that list? -
agree with brummie, but on the other hand, they did win 1 game quite convincingly at bolton, and at home they do play some very good football (see man united 2-0). we will find them difficult to turn over at SJP i think, we'll probably do our usual trick of beating the likes of spurs and chelsea and fucking up to stoke and portsmouth.
-
good point. in that case i say we stick with kinnear
-
heres the thing. everyone slates fulhams away form, but they only have 1 less point than us away from home (not that ours is good mind). they have 1 win and 7 draws, as they are very difficult to score against. it will be a very difficult game.
-
gone from a 4 to a 5. i still think everyone on much more than that needs a word with themselves. howe are 9 or 10 ffs? there are 8 games left, not even middlesbrough and west brom are 9 or 10
-
what an absolute joke they are
-
oh well cant make that any more then. that could be last chance to see NUFC in the premiership for a while gone. cheers sky appreciate it

8/1 on sunderland to go down on ladbrokes!

Who do you think will be relegated this season?
ChrisJbarnes replied to ChrisJbarnes's topic in Football
id argue that west broms is just as easy. thats why i have them staying up. -
i dont think we will go down. however, those who are regarding west brom as "gone" should realise that they are only 7 points off safety atm, and look at their fixtures! apart from liverpool at home, they have wigan, man city, stoke, bolton, portsmouth, spurs, sunderland and blackburn! 5 at home 4 away! and those slating their defence should also take heed of their clean sheet at upton park tonight.
