i prefer spurs to city- they have lots of english players and do play some good football. however, my initial reaction is SHIT when i hear spurs score because i dont want them catching us in the league!

well who does give a lot to the team when they arent in the game? barton was awful yesterday despite winning the game, and you cant blame martins for not getting the ball when we are hoofing down the pitch to a 5'2'' midget! i just wish wed play it along the floor to him

Excellent post, We should get results first then start thinking about improving our game. Home games are a different story but for now i'd be happy for a few more away wins even if they aint as entertaining as we would like. yes, but lets not forget we were seconds away from drawing 0-0 and everyone complaining about how boring the football is. i agree with the sentiment that we need to get results rather than entertaining everyone but that game we were seconds away fromm 0-0 which i wouldnt personally regard as a result playing against a bottom 3 side. i still say attack and go for all 3 points no matter who we are playing.

right just got back, barton was shite all the way through really was really nervous when he took the penalty but its the result that mattered. pretty crap game, although the whole away stand went mental after the goal. cant say we deserved it really, it was destined for 0-0. the defence was good, especially beye.
