http://www.nufc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10278~1199896,00.html duff seems committed, i thnink i saw emre say a similar thing. i think its players like babyaro, and probably carr ameobi and maybe owen. to say the rest of the players dont give a shite is a big assumption. if thats the case, we need an entire new team!

STOP!! I thought the team were heading straight to Landan after the Wigan game. what for?
-
is "a pack" the correct term for a group of hookers ? i heard someone say "our defence will part like the legs of a 14 year old girl from liverpool"
-
didnt we do ok in this fixture 2 or 3 seasons ago and still got whacked 4-0 they were better 2-3 seasons ago. they won 18 home games and drew 1
-
dont knock him till youve seen him

i think even if we do get murdered in this one, we'll have no point in complaining, because we were never expected to get a point. if we get murdered 10-0 then maybe not, but 2-0, 3-1, etc. wouldnt be as bad a result as 1-0 away to derby or wigan

Cudicini, Terry, Drogba, Malouda and Cech are injured. Cole and Carvalho are suspended. not cech, he played yesterday
-
right chelsea will not have ashley cole, ricardo carvalho, john terry, didier drogba and possibly not frank lamplard and petr cech. on top of this, theyve just conceded 4 goals at home to villa. so, if ever a shite team was going to beat chelsea at stamford bridge, this is it. best case scenario: we come out fighting, desperate to get a good result, taking advantage of the fact that their best players are out and so they cant defend or atttack as well as before, and they are knackered and we take a draw or narrow victory. worst case scenario: we play like we did against wigan, and get absolutely thrashed, setting a new record for number of goals conceded in one premiership game. smith and barton get sent off, and given somehow bicycle kicks it into his own net. prediction chelsea 1-2 newcastle. well why not? ive predicted wins for us in most games, chances are sometimes it will come true!!!

Should Sam Allardyce get the Sack? (Main Page Poll)
ChrisJbarnes replied to madras's topic in Football
i refer you to this thread for my opinion http://www.newcastle-online.com/nufcforum/index.php?topic=48155.0 however, i wouldnt say no to jose. -
well my point is that villa were at one point down to 16th last season i think, and now look. we had a pretty good albeit short start and i believe we will pick up next seaon. Didnt Villa just draw a ridiculous amount of games last season? Not sure if they were consistently losing and being out played by the poorest teams in the league... over to Brummie for clarification.... yes, they drew 16, but like us, they dropped points to the poorest of teams. won 4 away games, lost 4 home games.
-
right, theres a lot of talking about "fat sam out" etc. after taking 4 points from derby county home, derby county away, reading away, sunderland away, wigan away and boro away, so im going to predict the outcome of the rest of the results this season. i think you'll agree i've been realistic but relatively optimistic. obviously anyones guess is as good as anyone elses but i think mine cant be too far off. ive gone with the theme that we'll lose most away games, drop a few points at home but get a couple of good results. win: man city (H), bolton (H), boro (H), fulham (H), spurs (A), sunderland (H), draw: man united (H), blackburn (H), birmingham (A), reading (H), west ham (A), lose: chelsea (A), man united (A), arsenal (A), villa (A), liverpool (A), portsmouth (A), chelsea (H), everton (A) that would give us 49 points, an improvement on last season of 6, and by last seasons table, that would give us 12th place, 1 point behind an 11th placed villa. villa last season, who i believe were in a similar position to us now, got 50 points. won: newcastle (H), reading (H), charlton (H), blackburn (H and A), everton (A), watford (H), west ham (H), boro (A), pompey (H), man city (A), sheff utd (H) =12 drawn: arsenal (A), west ham (A), watfrod (A), chelsea (H and A), spurs (H), fulham (H and A), wigan (H and A), boro (H), pompey (A), sheff utd (A), liverpool (H), everton (H), bolton (A) =16 lost: liverpool (A), man city (H), bolton (H), man united (H and A), spurs (A), charlton (A), newcastle (A), reading (A), arsenal (H), = 10 they went on a 10 game unbeaten run at the start of the season, and finished with a 9 game undefeated run. the rest of the season, they only won 4 games!!!! now they are a hard fixture, yet last season they only won 4 away games, and dropped points to watford, twice to fulham and twice to wigan, sheff utd , man city home (shambolic last season), and many others. 16 draws is a lot. now, after finishing 11th last season, they are one of the threatening and entertaining teams to watch, and im sure they played some dross last season in the middle. i predict the same for us. we started off with a 5 game undefeated run, are now playing absolute bollocks and will probably finish strongly and will finish 8-12th. next season we will challenge for europe. villa now are one of the exciting teams to watch, are stable, and are looking onwards and upwards. i bet there were people calling for MON's head after 4 wins in 19 games! so, thats why we need to stick with sam allardyce for this season. its the strong finish and the turn around we need now, we are going through the crap period. you cant expect instant success unless you a russian with rubels flowing out your pants. hope if anyone could actually be arsed to read this, you agree, and you understand why we need stability. if any of the stats are wrong, feel free to change them. now debate whether or not you agree, and what this season will bring!!

we have problems?

well to be fair to shay, we only conceded 1 goal from a set piece today, and for a team that had 1 shot, that cant be too bad- i didnt see the game though -

tbh id be happy to see steven taylor play up front, he seems to be our most dangerous attacking player!! -
right, geremi being dropped is good. duff back is good. where is enrique? please not smith on the right!!! i reckon itll need emre to come off the bench before we win this one. thats what happened in brum and fulham?
-
2-0 to us. 2 clean sheets in 2 games, and we keep possession. i would be very happy.
-
stoke city 1 up against west brom. methinks thats going to be a hard fa cup game
-
He was on loan. must be quite good if hes gonna go from millwall into spurs starting lineup against arsenal. oh well, i hate arsenal so im glad spurs are back in it. draw would be good.
-
spurs- jamie o'hara??? i thought he played for millwall
-
yeah and 4000 at fulham considering it was at christmas and always destined to be a s**** game is incredible. i go to all the london away games with several of my non-NUFC supporting mates, and they always say afterwards how amazing the atmosphere is and how loyal the NUFC fans are.
-
lampard- utter cunt. anyone else see him make a wanker sign at carragher when he "scored" that goal? hope his legs break under the sheer weight of his stomachs and chins the fat shit.
-
what a mong crouch is. and campard- what a prick!
