would be nice and a first clean sheet in over a year away from home sigh that's such a sad statistic... Howay lads break the chains of goal concession & put THEM on the back foot!!! as i say, very good attacking team. cant see them not scoring. likewise, cant see us not scoring. 2-3 -
Who will the Last undefeated Premiership team be?

all defeated now!! lets hope we can go on an undefeated run!! -
the woman commentator on setanta isnt so bad but this one is just taking the piss. i think we should have a regular feature on n-o featuring stupid commentator comments. this woman would take up most of them

agreed. frankly, anyone who bothers to pay £48 and travel all the way down from newcastle in the christmas period to sit in the corner at stamford bridge and watch us get thrashed is mad. im going from 1 and a half hours away and sometimes i think i need my head checked!

exactly. i think theyve only lost 1 home game- to middlesborough i think. drawn many. very good attacking team, shambolic defensively. (where does that sound familiar?) id take a point and run although i do have a strange feeling we may win this 3-2. -

Yes it is. We have at least another day or so of the Birmingham game to digest & talk about but I guess your urge to be the creater of a thread people post in was too great for you. thats right, it is the only thing left in my life. -

yeah hopefully our second away win of the season. if im honest fulham will probably run rings round our defence because attack wise they are completely underrated. the reason they are so low in the table is because they lose pretty much all their away games and then draw all their home games. their attakc is one of the best in premiership, however their defence is awful. therefore- expect a goalfest!! 2-3 i say. -
dont know if this is a bit early, but why not. to hell with formations, results etc. i just want to recommend to everyone going to craven cottage that the pies there are actually life changing!!

Boro in £10m bid for Ronaldinho...yes THE Ronaldinho!!!!!
ChrisJbarnes replied to a topic in Football
ronaldinho on signing for boro "ive always supported middlesborough since i was a little boy and admired the classy football they played. ive always dreamed of playing for such a fantastic club in such a wonderful place in the world with a great stadium and huge fanbase" actually maybe its not so likely after all! -
looking forward to the fulham game so hopefully ill meet him!! maybe hell buy me a pint
-
man u vs liverpool or arsenal v chelsea. its the only two that are local and mean something major in the final position in the premiership. off that list though, id have to say tottenham v arsenal being a southerner. i dont really appreciate the rivalry between newcastle and sunderland, probably because there arent any mackem fans down here. instead we all absolutely despise chelsea, so that would lead me to say chelsea v newcastle is the biggest derby!!!
-
thats the key. most of the time when chelsea, pool, united and arsenal lose its because of that. not purely because of that, you need that, a bit of luck and you have got to have a bit of class in the team. hopefully we will play like we want to win on wednesday

The booing perspective - Joey Barton has his say on us...

look at spurs- 1 game away from top 4 2 seasons ago. last season they came 5th after a struggled start. now, they have fired their manager and got ramos in who was supposed to be a super hero. now, im not suggesting for a second he should be fired, but they just lost 3-2 at home to birmingham city, and their other results havent been that great have they? you cant get success instanty then look at villa, pretty poor last season when they went through the middle of the season for ages without winning a game. finished 11th-12th ish (?) and now in top 6, looking upwards. also everton and moyes. watford and boothroyd went down last season, now look like winning the championship basically, give big sam a chance and he'll come good.
